When on a long trip, we will get off I-86 when passing through this area in order to eat here. The soups are all homemade and hearty. One time we were there I ordered their ham and bean soup, and then had to excuse myself. While I was gone, my soup arrived. My companion sampled it, proceeded to commandeer it,... More

Five of us arrived late but we were greeted and seated promptly. Service was very good and the food was very good also. We did not feel rushed as we sat and talked a while as we had not seen one another for quite some time

Yes, it's a local diner. Yes, that's the best part. Don't sit in the large dining room - if you can, sit in the smaller area to the left with the locals. Eavesdropping on their conversations is the best. The food was plentiful, cheap, and tasty. We had a taco omelet , a stick bun (yum!), salt rising bread (ask)... More

This is one of the best restaurants in town. Owned and operated by local people, serving great food, wonderful atmosphere and reasonable prices. And the BEST sticky buns you'll find anywhere.

Second time we'very stopped there driving through Bath. On both occasions the food and service were very good. Comfort food at comfortable prices. This place is a favorite with locals and I can see why. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu . Not fancy just GOOD.

Once in a while we decide to eat out and this is usually our go to place. The food is usually good and the service is nice. Many choices and the prices are decent.

OMG, do not go there, we waited forever to be brought menus, same with the tablenext to us. The 2 older waitress there were rushed and basically ran everywhere like mad men....our food took a while to come and my waffles were stale and then she just puts the bill on the table and walks away. That is so insulting... More

This is def a place locals go to. If you want more of a down home diner style this is the place. The menu has a good selection and prices are reasonable. They offer a sticky bun in place of a dinner roll and they are def worth it. I choose the sticky bun to take home and enjoy later.

A thoroughly enjoyable place with a full menu (breakfast - served through mid afternoon, lunch and dinner). The sticky buns are a must either to eat in or take out. Their turkey sandwich is also good. You can choose to sit in their very warm and welcoming dining room, or the bustling front room which offers booths and counter seating.
