Food is NOT authentic Italian. Sauce is pasty and bland. How can you screw up mozzarella sticks gritty and taste disgusting! Kitchen sink was dry, and meats were way over cooked.

So we came here with a gift card and it was not disappointing. We got antipasto which was good, arancini which were stodgy and we wouldn’t order again, and mussels which were good. We also got the New York strip special for the night. It...was our mistake to order steak here since it tasted like a mediocre banquet steak, but we know better. That said, it came with homemade gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce and fried onions - both of which were fantastic! It also came with their homemade sausage in a wine sauce and I have to say, the dish didn’t need the bad steak, it just needed that amazing sausage! We will come back and do better with our choices but also steer clear of the red sauce since it’s way too sweetMore
I was there with a large group. Most of the time they only had one waiter for a group of over 50 people. The poor guy ran around like a chicken with his head cut off. The main courses were average. The salad was horrible...(one kind of dressing, vinegar and oil and covered in raw onions). The bread was hard as a rock and the butter was frozen. The cheesecake was runny. We ordered wine and never got what we ordered.More
Had 40 people to house for track party and had Augie’s cater the meal. It was terrific. From the initial call to Lizzie I knew I had made the correct choice. She gave me suggestions on a menu and took care of all the details....They delivered the food at exactly the time we had arranged and they could not have been more accommodating. The food was awesome. They have large portions for 20-24 and 1/2 portions as well. We loved the Kitchen Sink which was fantastic. It has shrimp, chicken and sausage in ziti and a lite cream sauce. Everyone loved the veal parmigiana, chicken parmigiana, eggplant parm, meatballs and pasta and the really fresh tomatoes with basil and mozz. They set everything up with sterno and it stayed hot. The bread was terrific as well. I would highly recommend having Augie’s cater any event. They were terrific and my entire crew went home full and happy. Awesome people and awesome food.More

Super good food served family style with lots to take home.. Service always good but usually crowded during peak hours. Has a great takeout store in Saratoga Springs too... Call Ahead on that one is Best....
Augie's requires that you order at least one meal for every 2 people in your party for dining. We love to order for take out and especially love the "Kitchen Sink" which will serve easily 6-8. Delicious
I first reviewed Augies in 2013. It was really good then, and it is even better now! After a fire at the original location they relocated to a larger space on Low Street. The food and service remains excellent. Tonight, we visited for the 1st...time since the pandemic. Aside from everyone wearing masks, there were almost no compromises. The meal that we shared was the "herb crusted halibut, with a tomato lobster broth, shrimp, and mussels. Topped with a tomato salad and a roasted garlic aïoli". It was one of the best things I've eaten. Even though they were busy, service was spot on. The halibut was obviously fresh (never frozen) mild, tender, delicious. I'm only sorry that it isn't on the menu every night.More
The kitchen sink was awesome for dinner and it can Feed up to 6 people for a decent amount of money because it is that good!
My daughter and son redials over 100 times to secure 6:15 pm take special for their family and ours. Mixed chicken, sausage, shrimp penne ala vodka which is very good light red sauce. The bread was dry and borderline stale and don’t like their arugula...based salad. Prefer Mama Mia’s Italian, but still decent choice and more family style then individual.More
Have been here several times, every time is just as good as the other, the greens and beans is always a great starter, and you have to get the steak special whenever they have it. Also the chicken scarapiello is always great. Awesome place for...family style, and you always walk out of there with tons of leftovers!More
My sister and I rented the large room for my parents 50th anniversary party, holds 55-65 people. Everything went off great and without a hitch. The staff were incredible and the food was excellent. The package we got came with antipasto, salad and 3 main...courses we got the Kitchen sink, which was top notch, pasta brocoli and sausage and meatballs and pasta. It also came with cheesecake along with coffee and beer. We got Proseco, extra charge, for their anniversary toast. Plenty of food was left over, even after people took food home my parents had enough to deliver 6 or 7 meals to friends of theirs.More
