Food arrived almost two hours after ordering at 8:12 pm. I know they close at 9 and called to check that my food was still coming and they said they were running behind but that it would be another half hour. At 9:30 it still...wasn’t here so I tried to call and cancel but because they were “closed” they didn’t answer the phone. At 9:58 the delivery driver arrived and refused to take the food back, which turned out to be (you guessed it!) COLD. Restaurant refused to refund me when I called today to discuss it. Cusatos in Ballston Spa, appears they've changed owners. We didn't know this. We picked up a pizza and brought it home. It was horrible. Way under cooked, the sauce is now too sweet. Used to love the crust. Very bland now. We finally found a...good pizza place, only for it to go down the crapper. Too badMore

Waited 40 minutes for 2 cold sandwiches and a side of fries. When asked how much longer at 30 minutes.... I was told there were delivery orders ahead of me.I watchthe delivery driver feed himself, while the guy who took my order stood around doing...nothing and the cook swept up. They then handed me 2 cold sandwiches which had very little meat 3 slices to be exact on a Italian mix and still waited for my fries while my 2 small children fussed in the car. Will not return!More

Stopped in for a slice and had white broccoli spinach heated to go. I’m glad because many of the tables and booths were not cleaned and had papers scattered about in floor and seats. No one in the place. Pizza thicker crust but good taste...and seemed fresh for the number of pies available to choose slices from. Also they have a Tuesday special for as many slices as you can eat for 7$. Other foods available like burgers and wings. Slice is 3$.More

I travel for business & found this pizza shop on my way through town. I now stop there for lunch any time I have to drive through because they have a really good selection of slices & the pizza is really good. So many choices...it’s hard to pick just one. My last visit I had an eggplant parm pizza. I’m very particular about my eggplant parm, so I was initially skeptical about having it on my pizza but I was pleasantly surprised. The eggplant was cooked perfectly & it was so good on the pizza. They have a wide selection of slices from just cheese to buffalo chicken.More

Local pizza located in a strip mall in Ballston Spa. I visit here often and order take out. There is a small clean, dining room that serves about 30 people and a food bar area that serves maybe another 6. Very friendly service. Very reasonable...costs. You can also get hot/cold sandwiches, salads, calzones, cheeseburgers, wings and some entrees. All very good. Great to stop by on the way to the track or SPAC.More

I hope they stay in Ballston Spa forever. My husband and I have been disappointed in every pizza place around. We used to live in Halfmoon so we were so excited to see another Cusatos move into Ballston Spa. They did not disappoint. Thank you!

We've ordered different items from the extensive menu from Cusatos in Ballston Spa, for the last 6 weeks, never have we been disappointed. The quality is outstanding, the wait time is minimal and the prices throughout the menu are very reasonable. It's actually the kind...of restaurant that you can have a great meal and say that you got more than your dollars worth. The person who we've had the most encountered with is an employee by the name of Debbie. She is so dedicated to Cusatos that I asked her if she was one of the owners, I was very surprised when she said no, her dedication is amazing. I strongly suggest that you give Cusatos a try. I know that you will not be disappointed. I've lived in Ballston Spa for the past 30 years and I truly believe that this is one of the best restaurants to have moved into this area. I have visited this establishment three times. The first time the pizza was not very good but I thought maybe it was because they had just opened recently. The second time the pizza dough was under cooked. The last time my wife ordered two hot...subs to take out. The worst subs ever. One was a chicken parm and the other was an eggplant parm. The chicken was over cooked to the point of not being able to bite into it or even cut it. The roll was soggy in the middle and burnt on the edges. The egg plant was equally as bad. Never going back there.More

Really liked the chicken wings but I ordered them alittle too hot. Next time I'll get the mild sauce, but they were excellent and nicely cooked.

Great lunch deal 2 slices and a soda. And the slices were huge and delicious. Crust was perfect not too thick. I fed the whole family for under $20 and we had slices left over.

Heard good things about this place, so hubby & I stopped in for a slice of pizza. Hubby ordered a slice, but none of the ones ready appealed to me, so I ordered a personal pan, figuring I'd eat 1/2 there & save the rest...for to orrow's lunch. I knew I'd have to wait and figured it'd be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes had elapsed & other people that came in after us were served their food, we inquired about how much longer it would be. Hadn't been started yet! 15 minutes later, we inquired again and got it to go as hubby had already finished his slice and had been sitting there twiddling his fingers. The staff apologized, because they knew we were upset more than they actually were. I'll go back to Pizza Hut's personal pan. 15 minutes every time, and just as tasty in my book.More
