Along with myriad of locals, I have done my very best to find and report a redeeming factor about this restaurant. Unfortunately, there is none. It remains at the rock bottom of any eatery in T or C— particularly for its inconsistency for all foods....(Albeit, the service is acceptable) For awhile I thought perhaps I could simply order a steak and expect a reliable meal. Fat chance. As for the Mexican food? Forget it. A beautiful building – – in a wonderful location to have a restaurant. Interior is terribly tacky and the booths could not be more uncomfortable. Its food and service were far superior when it was located across from the courthouse!More

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday, once is enough. They served very greasy chips with a very funky taste of old grease. It is hard to keep your appetite. We ordered food but after 45 minutes got up and left. If you want...to find out why this place is not busy, go there.More

After being gone from the area for several years we decided to stop for lunch. This restaurant is no where as good as we remember. To start with the hostess seated us In a booth that had damaged seating area. The staff was slow a...spotty with the service. The meals were brought to the table cold and we were told just a minute when we tried to tell this to the staff. Overall this restaurant has fallen into a deep hole and I could not recommend it to anyone else. We will not be going back.More

My husband brought me here back in 2017 when we dated and the food was amazing as well as the service and ambiance. This time though the only great thing was the chips and our waitress. Idk why the food wasn’t as good.

The Mexican food was indubitably some of the worst Mexican food I’ve had. The chili was sweet, the enchiladas were tortillas with meat on top, the meat for the fajitas was burnt and questionable.. From our table positive reviews go out to the taco meat...burger smothered with chili and cheese and the refrained beans. The waitress was really sweet and honestly deserves a better restaurant. Also weirdly, we had a big group of 16 or so but we sat at 3 separate tables. One table had eaten, paid and left before the other two tables even got food. Hmm?More

My wife and I plus another couple had dinner here on 10/24/19. Why here? - because it was the only local Mexican restaurant that had a margarita (although not made with hard liquor it was a wine blend that tasted great), Like many dinners, I...always read TA for reviews - this place didn't stack up very well however, guess the owners have done some reading. It is obvious to me that the plate is made up then microwaved. OK, many do that but for our meat, they didn't heat it long enough. Taste was OK but not superior. The kicker for us was - the service was excellent, a very clean facility, ADA bathrooms, awesome decor and then there was the sopapillas - the largest perfectly puffed pastry I'd ever seen in any Mexican restaurant. They even heated the honey and there were two honey containers for the 4 of us. You miss a treat if you don't order at least the small order.More
