Very good food... decor is questionable. Really unsure of how to order. I held up the line since I did not know the large menu and there was no one seating you. Turns out you can sit down and order off expansive menu.

Where else can you find a car wash, nail/hair salon, auto sale agent, Mexican grocery, and cantina/grill all combined in one property? Guadalajara Grill is the centerpiece of this unique property with adequate food and quick service. Orders are taken at a counter and delivered to your table when ready. Service was friendly, food was very good but not as... More

Very reasonable, large portions, average new mexican fare. I would call it a diner rather than a grill. We ate at the location on the north side of Taos. There is also a newer venue on the south side. Food is good, but not great. With limited times to eat out, I wouldn't return when vacationing.

Everything looks so good, but the food ends up lacking the flavors I expected. It's a little expensive for the blandness. It was alright once, probably won't eat here again.

Not your typical Mexican Restaurant, you order like fast food but prices reflect $$ dining. I ordered enchiladas, a safe bet... not! They were cold, the sauce looked like someone threw up on my plate and the beef, not sure it was beef. The chips were stale and the salsa bland. $40 down the drain, so disappointed..

We eat here every time we come to Taos and are never disappointed. I always get one of the shrimp meals. Last time my wife enjoyed the relleno. The nachos are also great.

I enjoy trying shrimp cocktail at Mexican restaurants and was intrigued by the dish, Campechana, similar to shrimp cocktail but including octopus, cuttlefish, squid, and mussels. Delicious! You order at the counter and then sit down to be served. Two locations, one north and the other south side of town, so out of the crowded historic section and easy parking.

Filling? Yes Fast? Yes Reasonable prices? Yes Flavorful? Not really. The barritos and chimmy changa were doughy and chewy and nothing to order again eveven if we were to stop by. We stopped because it looked busy but that was our mistake.

Our first dining in Taos was here. The food was served very quickly after ordering at the counter. Everyone was very nice and refilled drinks continually. Will eat here again!
