While staying at the Taos in we would walk every morning and finish up by grabbing coffee here. The coffee is organic and about a medium roast. We usually just get the Americano but they have a large variety to choose from. Excellent location right on the square.

One of the best Americanos I've had, no seriously. The coffee used is organic and while strong enough to be tasty, it was so smooth. I could have had many more than the one large I did. The barista (owner?) was friendly and efficient, lots of locals who all knew one another in and out. Enjoyed sitting on the bench... More

Went here with a friend on Labor Day. Had the BEST mexican mocha ever!!! Then, got 2 pieces of toast.. OMG...orgasmic! This is the best homemade bread on the planet! Fig & walnut bread or 3 seed (had 1 of each), could have eaten 10 more. The vibe is awesome and although parking is limited right in front, find somewhere... More

This is hands down the best coffee in America. I'm not joking. I've been to 47 states almost as many countries around the globe and Italy and Switzerland are the only places that are on par with this place. They buy great fair trade coffee and simply know how to brew a perfect cup of coffee. It's so good, you... More

I frequent here. The homemade baked goods are excellent, especially the cherry tarts! Coffee and hot teas are terrific! Service is speedy!

The tea is hot, and the coffee is strong. If I had a million bucks, I would stay here all month long.

Loved hearing about all the organic ingredients and getting my mocha just right! They have a cute little porch with a beautiful wrought-iron railing that has gorgeous flowers in flower boxes. Great place to people watch as you enjoy your drink. Unfortunately, the parking is terrible, and we had a heck of a time getting out of the tiny lot.... More

Unbeatable coffee. The froth on the cappuccino is amazing and the espresso is hot and bold and not burnt. Easily one of the best coffees I have had. The seating is limited. The room is decorated with dollar bills from around the world so bring your foreign currency if you want to add to the wall!

World Cup seems like a local hangout - it's super small with limited seating, with lots of people coming in with their own cups and having interesting conversations with the baristas. It was a great place for an excellent latte and croissant. I'd definitely go back.

World Cup was one of only a handful of places open in old town Taos at 8am on Monday morning. Stood in line to place our order - yes, it was that busy!. Friendly, quick service for our coffee and pastry.

Thank Nancy G
