Man, this place was great. Cinnamon rolls the size of a skull. Food and service was fantastic. Glad we went. Place does not look like much on the outside, but a great trip.

Once we found Michael's, we had breakfast there 3 times in 6 days. The blue corn and pinon nut pancakes were unique and tasty, and more standard fare of hash browns, eggs, bisquits and gravy were the best ever, said my husband. The restaurant is...More

The best tamales I've ever had. The hot salsa was really good, too. Nice flavor. Excellent food. Our huge regret is not buying the huge cinnamon roll and the large chocolate eclairs. We didn't get them because they would get hot in the car. We've...More

We have had breakfast at Michael's Kitchen for the past 25 years every time we visit Taos and it has stayed the same with consistently superb food. Any egg dish covered in their chile verde is excellent! Busy place, but well worth the wait.
