We stopped in Taos for lunch during a Sunday drive. After being seated it took quite awhile to get our order placed. Everything from that point on seemed slow and too casual of purpose. There was a crowd in the rooms we walked thru, but...More

I used to not like the menu of this restaurant, it tried too hard to be something it wasn't. But that has changed. They have a new Chef (new to me anyway) James Crowther who crafts and appealing menu that hits all the right notes....More

Everything is good. The service is good. Food is good just too salty. I wish they can cut off some salt on everything. Maybe everyone is different. Just my opinion.

Description
Lambert's of Taos is a family-owned and operated full service, upscale establishment serving Contemporary American cuisine with northern New Mexican influences in an elegant but relaxed setting. We are one of the few establishments in town that serves cocktails in addition to beer and wine.

Upstairs we have the Treehouse Bar and Lounge for those not in the mood for linen tablecloths and looking for a cool, classy, and eclectic hangout with well-versed bartenders and inviting prices. During our Happy Hour (2:30 - 6:00), everything on our Happy Hour menu is $6.
