Enjoyed an afternoon of margaritas overlooking the Taos Plaza. We had the Gorge Burger and a Spinach Salad. Both were excellent.

Went here for a light meal or snack. Was very nice, and had a great bar menu and drink specials. We didn't realize it was happy hour. Definitely return. Easy to find on the Plaza

This was the best meal we had in Taos. I was impressed with the selection of real vegetables instead of the usual salad and potato sides. The food is fresh here and the serving sizes are large so you may need a carryout box. Our server was Jeremy and he was good at his job and an interesting person to... More

I was wandering around the Plaza and had no idea of this place.I was hungry so I stopped in. Enchiladas to die for! I wanted to plant my face in the plate and breathe in.

My husband and I stopped in for a cocktail prior to dinner at a nearby restaurant. We sat at the bar. The restaurant is cozy and had a fire brewing in the kiva. My favorite cocktail is a dirty martini, but have a hard time finding a truly great one. I'm pretty picky about my drinks, but always give credit... More

My wife and I went there for a burger and salad and were not disappointed. Great burger and salad. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful time talking to the bartender. The drinks were reasonably priced as well as the food. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I visited The Gorge bar and grill while on our trip south for thanksgiving. We sat at the bar which was quite impressive. Fully stocked with every liquor you could imagine. We were greeted quickly by the server, trying to order a beer she told us the line to that beer was frozen and joked about having... More

Went into the Gorge Bar and Grill to get something cool to drink after walking the square all afternoon. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by a friendly bartender. She offered up some recommendations that worked out very well. There are TVs on each side of the bar and we ask the bartender if she would change the... More

Celebrated my birthday here. We sat by the windows to the balcony viewing the Taos Plaza, a gorgeous sunset and the golden leaves of October. The Gorge Bar and Grill has a beautiful setting, yet the atmosphere is casual and friendly. This was a great choice. Our server assisted us in choosing an excellent local beer. We had a huge,... Description
The is a new restaurant which replaced Ogilivie's right on the Plaza in Taos. It is a casual restaurant, with a mune that reflect it's SM location, though is by no means "Mexican" completely. WE had a combinations of startes and salads, all of which are excellent; The Bison Sliders were supurb. The balcony overlooking the Plaza is a wonderful place to watch the activity in the Plaza - the only outdoor eating on the Plaza. They have a full bar, and excellent staff who are all very jazzed about being part of this new venture. It is a definite place for a simple but interesting meal.
