Everything I love in a restaurant. -Fantastic food that I walk away thinking "there is no way I could reproduce this at home" - Casual atmosphere yet I still felt it was a special place - Interesting wine list A great night and perfect way to end our 5 day stay in Taos.

The Love Apple is a small, quaint little place with excellent food and wine. I visited in September and my meal of Vegetable Gnocchi with crusted Parmesan was to die for. Although I am a meat eater, this sounded interesting and I did not go wrong. We had a quiet dinner and enjoyed the food , wine and conversation. You... More

Our first time at the Love Apple. Locally sourced, mostly organic food. We had an early service as a couple of our party were on the older side and wanted to not stay out too late. We were promptly seated and service was attentive but in now way rushed. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the food, and pointed us... More

Heard many good things about this place. It is rustic and very pretty. The food was very good, no chardonnay by the glass which was disappointing. The salads were lovely. The entrees were also very nice, I had gnocchi and would recommend it. Very tasty. T had the lamb meatballs and said they were very good. We were too stuffed... More

Since we have been touring NEW MEXICO we have had a lot of great food, however the main seasoning has been peppers. Since we are easterners, we have longed for some really good alternatives with slightly less zest. The Love Apple met and exceeded our desires. Small and intimate. Food was expertly prepared and served. Do not miss it. Call... More

Just a short walk from our B&B, The Love Apple was a delightful surprise. We sat outside in a covered patio with lights to add an element of magic. The food is fresh from local vendors, and delicious. The service was excellent.

If you like delicious, freshly -prepared food that's not overpriced, you can't miss The Love Apple. Just a short drive from Taos out 64 West, this restaurant is a must visit. Everything we ordered was delectable and the staff is hospitality plus. Not only was our entire meal wonderful, all the plates being served around us looked equally interesting and... More

This restaurant, in a former church, needs a larger sign out front. Had it not been for my friend's looking it up in advance online, we'd have driven right past it. The décor is not too busy and well done overall. There's one larger dining area inside (where we ate) and a smaller patio with a shade over it. Service... More

The avocado tacos were so delicious, made with a very light batter, then grilled. Had a cabbage slaw on top. OMG! The best tacos. Charming atmosphere inside and out....always crowded, so make reservations. They don't take credit cards so bring cash
