Who knew to look for these delicious flavors in Taos? The aroma when we walked in got the juices flowing and the food lived up to, and surpassed expectations. The goat cheese quesadilla was pure delight!

Gutiz is the BEST place to hang out for breakfast and brunch! The hours are Tuesday - Sunday 8am - 3pm so plan your visit here around the hours! All the breads and pastries (crazy good!) are made onsite so you can trust me when I say the French Toast crispy, sweet and garnished with berries is remarkable! So is... More

Admittedly, this was not our first time! Today we had the eggs Benedict and the flat iron steak saltado. Both were delicious. Hollandaise sauce creamy and tasty. Saltado had just enough heat. Previous visits we have had the French toast and the Brie omelette. Don't think you could go wrong with any menu item.

Mexican hot chocolate. Fresh flowers in the courtyard. A truly kind and happy staff. And, like the title says, the best French toast. If you want a wonderful breakfast in Taos, then you should eat at Gutiz. Also, the omelette with brie cheese is a true delight! This restaurant is excellent!

This restaurant is definitely worth visiting, again and again! For breakfast we ordered the Cuban which was eggs over Spanish rice and a habanera sauce. Not too hot, but with a kick and wonderful. Homemade bread and jam - everything home made. We came back the bpnext day for lunch and had a steak sandwich and Paella. Both were delicious... More

This is a fabulous little restaurant on the north side of Taos. Wouldn't have known about it except for the reviews on TripAdvisor. The food is as beautiful as the pictures on TripAdvisor! Absolutely love this place. My husband & I had breakfast there this morning. Ate in their outdoor dining area. Just lovely, with lots of beautiful flowers all... More

A local suggested this place for lunch and we were not disappointed. For a moderately priced place you got a giant plate of food all very fresh. I split a plate of their scrambles egg tower with spinach mushrooms and cheese, with a side of in house baked french bread and home made jam. Fantastic. Saw a chicken pot pie... More

My beet salad was a culinary delight with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent. We traveled from Angel Fire to meet and plan the master's swim meet October 1 at Taos's pool.

Had breakfast there and some truffles. Food was excellent and the chocolate speaks for itself. A bit pricey, but you will enjoy.
