Always stop there for lunch when in town. Great food and friendly wait staff. Love their red chilli cheese enchiladas.

They were overworked during the lunch I stopped in.... The fajita buffet was good (guacamole and sour cream were provided), but was a little too spicy for some in our group. This is a family owned restaurant and the manager was a "people person"- engaging with customers and helping the wait staff. The restaurant is clean and the portions were... More

This is a very casual New Mexican restaurant on the north end of the main drag through Socorro. The food is very good and very authentic. I haven’t tried all the menu items but over many visits I can attest that the enchilada and Burrito plates are very good; for breakfast the huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos are really good.... This is a local Mexican restaurant that all of us really enjoyed. We had dinner here on a number occasions... yes, due to the food and the friendly staff. Even the local sheriff's deputies were having dinner. I recommend the chili rellenoes with the rice and beans with the green chile sauce, nice bit of heat, but not too much.... More

Unfortunately, we stopped here for the first time on our way OUT of town. Otherwise I think I would have eaten there every day. We told our group people, " Forget the Subway stop on the way in, come here!

At 1:00 PM we took a table. It was dirty, sticky. Waitress took a swipe at it with really wet dirty rag, and then disappeared. Finally, another waitress appeared. Sighed, took our order, and abruptly took off before we were finished ordering! Finally our food was brought to us by 1:30. Plates were tossed down and waitress took of. She... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by several people. This was our second visit. The chili rellenos were very good as were the flat enchiladas and iced tea. Iced tea was good and our glasses were filled often. Great place to eat while doing laundry at Spin City next door.

Went here during a IRTB lunch break.Good food for 7 bucks. If your from the east coast wait till Tuesday. You don't want to be up on the range doing the Chilli dance.
