This is a super cute restaurant right on historic Route 66, I honestly felt like I was going back in time when I walked in the door! It is a classic diner with the checkered floors, bar with the soda pop machines, and big comfy red booths. It was clean and very well maintained, from the booths to the bathrooms.... More

Needed a break on our way up from Texas... Local food with local folks. Coffee was hot and good. Definitely needed that. Food was fast and good. Service was excellent. Thanks... Will be back...

I ate at 5:30 the service was prompt. The menu is limited, so I hoped that they would nail the product, but no such luck. The beef burrito was simply ground beef and red sauce on a doughy tortilla. No accompaniment other than the chips and salsa. The ice tea tasted like a mix, certainly not brewed. I won't recommend... More

I have been here four time prior to this review and I can sadly say that it is not at all worth stopping at any longer. There were ants on our table as soon as we sat down, and no other tables were cleared or vacant in order to switch. We ordered a Beef Enchiladas platter, and Cheese Enchiladas platter... More

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant on our first visit to Santa Rosa on our way east for my high school reunion and really loved it. Real Route 66 atmosphere and great food and service. We stopped there a few times afterwards. On our last trip we were very disappointed. The food was horrible, the service very bad... More

We stopped by Route 66 after visiting the park. We were very hungry and thirsty. Food was good, not great. Service was horrible. We received tiny glasses of water and milk. Couldn't get the server to bring any more. We actually had to go get our own water bottles out of the car. Not worth the time or money. Albuquerque... More

We stopped here on your way back to amarillo. There were only about 5 other tables and they told us to pick a seat. The young girl working probably passed us three times and never got us menus. Finally an older woman had to tell her to do so. We ordered water and cheese burgers. We waited over 30 minutes... More

This was an ok stop. Service was ok, just enough to take our order and serve our food. Breakfast was just ok. The atmosphere was ok too but could be so much more with a super staff.

We had an evening meal of a BLT and a patty melt, which were good. Waitress was friendly but very busy with more than waiting tables. The restaurant was obviously old with the Route 66 atmosphere.

We stopped in to eat while on a road trip on Memorial Day. The place was packed with lots of family and travelers. The waitresses quickly took our order, however the wait to get our food was almost 30 minutes. We weren't given an explanation, but they could have been short staffed due to the holiday. We ordered a mexican... More
