This place offers very clean restrooms, lots of food choices, travel gifts and drinks. The diner inside is good as well as the Subway Sandwich spot. Ohhh and the car museum rotates often so there are always different cars inside to look at.

Still a wonderful free museum of cars and memorabilia. Restrooms really clean and an enclosed dog run for Fluffy. Please don't get me wrong about being a Christian, because I am. I am a Halloween enthusiast and have a weird since of humor. Love to browse through the truck accessories and bumper stickers. Only found 2 and already bought them... More

6oz burgers were delicious as were the steak quesadillas. The steak in those quesadillas are cooked to order how you like them. We ordered medium and got medium. The guacamole and salsa were disappointing though - tasted like they were canned, not fresh. However, the chips were the really thin kind that were obviously just fried. The car museum featured... The most amazing free museum in the back of the travel center. Do NOT let the fact that this is a truck stop keep you from enjoying the museum. There was way too much to see here, old cars, memorabilia, sodas, oil, motorcycles, toys, clothes...it was amazing!

Purposed to not stop in Texas while heading west so San Juan was the first stop in New Mexico. Restaurant was a little pricey for a cafe setting but food was really good. Order a drink, water was awful. Took a few extra minutes for the free Route 66 museum, which was a nice touch and very interesting.

Wonderful auto and memorabilia museum right in the Truck Stop. Their collection is awesome. Allow some time to see the whole thing. Don't miss the restaurant- the food is amazing.

My favorite travel center when traveling cross country. A small dog run and a great car museum filled with all kinds of memorabilia! It's in the middle of nowhere and a wonderful stop to stretch you legs and get a refreshment. The museum is free but all donations go to feeding the hungry.

By most Truck Stop standards this is indeed a very fancy place. The decode is classic Route 66, and there is even a small auto & motorcycle museum. The food, however, was strictly average, which is pretty much what we expect at a truck stop.

It's way better than stopping in Amarillo or Albuquerque. Good everything. Friendly people, good chapel, and what a car museum.

Stopped here on a 2500 mile road trip, and was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the food and service we received. Most would agree that road trip stops are hits and misses, this was a hit. Clean and friendly, the food was made to order, the atmosphere was casual and touristy with a Route 66 vibe. Kids and car lovers... More
