It seemed every employee of Log Cabin today was upset, mad and had a chip on their shoulder. Service was delayed and there were no smiles for the customer. They were upset because they thought summer is over and they had too many customers. Sad...because the Log Cabin has been our favorite breakfast for many years. What’s up Log Cabin?More
Great breakfast for lunch! We had Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon. All were delicious. The biscuit was very dense so not my favorite. Would not get that again. Will definitely be back. Great service.
My husband and I have been here a couple of times and brought visiting friends on a weekend. There was a short wait but the food is the worth the wait. The portions are big so hubby and I split a meal and get a...side dish. The service is always friendly and the food comes out fast. Highly recommend!More
Spent my lunchtime facing a room divider covered with maple syrup splashes. Ordered a salad. Unable to eat it after seeing the server use her fingers to add the cheese and croutons… and this is after she had been picking up dirty plates from other...tables. Definitely unlikely to return to Log Cabin.More
Yummm! Worth the wait!!! We had a 30 minute wait for breakfast! I had the French Toast and Egg Breakfast, Hubby had the Biscuit/Gravy and Egg Breakfast. Fresh and delicious!!! Best breakfast in town!!!!
Outstanding.! We had been told 30-45 minutes but we got in sooner. Rustic, clean atmosphere. Good menu. The french toast was very good and the omelette is large. Breakfast muffin with gravy good. Next time I’m ordering waffles!
We like to eat here for breakfast and lunch when we’re in Ruidoso. Sooo good. Breakfast is delicious and cooked just the way we want it. Pancakes melt in your mouth. Portions are more than we can eat, but we do anyway! Highly recommend it....Good for families. Our waitress was so nice, friendly and accommodating. All staff was great.More

This place was my favorite this trip to Ruidoso. Me and my boyfriend love to try different stuff. So I ordered the Anastasia French toast. Which was French toast with a fried egg in the middle and sausage and green chili Pico on top! The...perfect combo of savory and sweet! Also the green chili Pico has some heat to it, which we loved. He ordered something different that started with a c. But it was awesome too! The atmosphere is nice and the service was good, too!More
We go here every time we visit Ruidoso for breakfast. We have never been disappointed. We learned the trick is to get there early because the place is well known and well liked. The food is great, atmosphere is friendly and family oriented, and the...staff is very willing to please.More
We waited 45min when the hostess said it would be 30 min wait.. she sat down 3 other groups that came in way after us and only waited like 5-10... We were 3 and the groups they sat down were 2, 4,and 5... please explain...why this happened? It felt very discriminatory.More

Amazing breakfast, portions are extremely big, we share our breakfast and still there was some left over for another serving. Service was very good, friendly smiley faces. But be ready there is a long wait, we waited about an hour on a Sunday it was...worth it.More
