Hi There! We always recommend the Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art and the Roswell Museum. They are wonderful spaces to spend peaceful time. Also for outdoors interest, you should try to get out to Bottomless Lakes. It's beautiful and fun hiking. Also, Bitter Lake Wildlife Preserve is especially great this time of year because the birds are all coming to stay for the winter. Walk the blocks from the UFO museum to the Courthouse and get a beverage along the way at Stellar :)
