The Mexican food was so-so. The drinks and atmosphere was great. The service was slow and there were way too many flies. However, for a place to sit, have a decent meal and good drinks it was slightly above average.

The outdoor seating at this place was awesome. We were able to have our dog (60lbs) and a dog we were dog sitting (25lbs) on the patio right by our table. The patio is large, shaded; they have a bunch of fans to create a breeze. Other reviews said they had a misting system out there, but we didn't see... More

Nice atmosphere, but the compliments stop there. Food is marginal. Portions are poor. Chicken enchiladas were rolled, dry and the size of a taquito. When I ordered I asked for onions and they wanted to charge $.50 per enchilada for the onions. In my opinion, Mexican food and onions go together. We asked to speak to the manager who turned... I found this place to be a great value. The food was your standard tex-mex chain fare, but the portion was large and reasonably priced. There is a full bar and a nice little bar area to watch games. Service was a tad slow on the evening I went, but not enough to agitate me. Everyone was very friendly, though.... More

Nice Mexican restaurant in the city. The food was plentiful as I would expect from a Mexican restaurant. My initial order came out cold, but was very very quickly remedied from the manager. I had the Mexican flag plate and got to sample different enchiladas. The restaurant was not very busy, so we were able to get right in for... More

We wouldn't waste our money at dinner here again. The prices are pretty good, but the food is heavy, lacking any nuance at all. The cheese enchiladas and tamales we ordered were about what you'd expect at a mediocre restaurant in Peoria. New Mexico has much, much, much, much better. Drinks were generally reasonably priced (the house margarita was around... More

The restaurant is quite large and spacious. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was very good! I had the chimichanga and it was very hearty. My boyfriend had the fajitas and he enjoyed them very much.
