The food was delicious. Five stars. A little high in price but we’ll worth it. Ribs, brisket sandwich, fried chicken strips, onion rings, fried okra, pinto beans and potato salad. All our food was tasty, hot and anything fried was cooked right that minute. We picked up sever cobblers apple, peach and cherry. I bit there good too. Our meals were so big to us we had dinner already for the night. We were so hungry I forgot to take a picture of our meals to show off the dishes.

When you can smell that mesquite smoke from the BBQ down the street as you head in this direction, you know you are on to something special. We were thrilled. Great sauce, delicious sides, wonderful service. Will go back the next time we are in Roswell.

After a day sightseeing, we found this spot on line and gave it a try. It is a small mom and pop operation which smokes great meat. I had ribs and my wife had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were excellent. No sauce was needed. The smoke did the job. The pulled pork was all tender meat - no fat. The ribs were tender and delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent BBQ and all the fixings. Great ‘Texas BBQ’. We had brisket, pulled pork and ribs. If you like BBQ you’ll love this place. Real smoked BBQ. The ribs just fell off the bone. The brisket was juicy and tender with a perfect smoke ring and taste. And the pork was great as well. and a great bourbon based sauce. We eat BBQ a lot (probably too much) and this place has GOOD BBQ!

We stopped here for lunch and we weren’t disappointed! They have excellent barbecued ribs and fried okra! My husband thought the ribs were some of the best he has ever had and the okra was very fresh. My guess is they batter it themselves, if not you would never know. Delicious!

Great little BBQ restaurant! DELICIOUS chili IMO 😋
Had pork & chicken. Both perfect!
Sauce, only 1, is on table. Very good!

This is the best BBQ I have ever had in New Mexico! Not to mention the atmosphere is awesome. You almost pass it so make sure you are on the lookout. It is well worth the stop!

Really good pulled pork sandwich here! The owner was very nice. They smoke all the meat on location and I got a sandwich and chips for under $10.
