The most reliable restaurateur in town, Frank has proven the test of time in Red and he really knows his Pizza. I usually Get a Large Cheese Pizza for the kids and the Bona Mangiata for me.

We stopped here for lunch and both of us had the meatball sandwich. It was tasty and oven baked but not as temperature hot as I would have expected. I would say it was only slightly better than a Subway meatball sandwich. Minestrone soup was average at best.

We got into town after driving all day and needed somewhere to eat a quick meal. We were glad we chose Capo's. The atmosphere was good and the service was great. The white pizza (chicken Alfredo) was awesome! The meat combo was also very good. The only negative thing I can say is that the restaurant was a little warm... More

We ate at Capo's twice during our recent week long stay in Red River. It is one of our favorites. Our son and his family went for pizza one night and ate it there. Great value for a family of four. We (the older generation) got a pizza to go one night. We called our order in and it was... More

Mostly Italian fare. Server was terrific, made sure we had everything we wanted. Very clean, nice decor. Affordable. Food was average. Meatball grinder could do with less bread crumbs in the meatballs. Sauce was fine. Hub had a call one with black olives and meat. He was satisfied, we took half of that to go.

Great place for a big fat dinner - good Italian food and excellent service. They like you whether you are from Texas or anywhere... ;o) Friendly, nice wait staff! Looks like a comfy place for a winter stuffing after skiing all day! Mozzarella sticks were delish - good tasty cheese! Rigatoni with sausage was excellent. Ask to sit by windows... More

I've eaten my fair share of ice cream and can say that The Vault had delicious homemade ice cream. Beats all other options in Red River,NM.
