I don't know how they do it, but I'm glad they do. Cherry, apple, pumpkin, pecan, the works. Very 'inside-baseball' from locals. A Thanksgiving institution!

We stopped here on a whim and picked up some slices of pie for the road (makes a great lunch), the pies where delicious, we bought 4 slices each one a different flavor and could not pick a favorite.

You might give them a call before you go. We've done that both times we've gone. If they're not open, it's still worth a trip on that highway to see the Very Large Array. Hope you enjoy your trip.
