Peppers Cafe on the Plaza located in the historic double eagle building has a reputation of not being your typical Mexican restaurant. Many items have a Baja and Asian influence with Chihuahuan style food. Try the green-chile wontons served with pineapple/jalapeno salsa! or Seafood rellenos!

This is our all-time favorite place to eat in Mesilla. We love Peppers the best. It is beautiful and the bar is so gorgeous. The food is good and so are the Margaritas!

This restaurant always provides a great meal with excellent service and a wonderful environment. We always start with chili cheese wontons, BTW.

We had two excellent entrees, Agave Lime Salmon, and the chicken fajitas. The calamari appetizer was not cooked well, but the mayo dipping sauce was well seasoned. The Tres Leche cake was unique and savory. The area is very cute, ,a Las Cruces “Old Town”...More
