This place, along with all other places on the Turquoise Trail is as if you took a time machine back to the 50's-60's. The food is ok.

This little place is consistently excellent. Their "Southern themed dishes" are always a great in Madrid, but I was BLOWN AWAY by the Seared Tuna on Fresh Greens. Cannot rate the Hollar high enough. Love this place.

The Hollar was recommended to us by a local merchant, we walked to the other end of town and enjoyed a fine afternoon, good food and some entertainment also. Pet friendly too.

First things first... they are super pet friendly, which is awesome in the New Mexican heat. We were allowed to sit in a large, shaded outdoor seating with our pup. Our server brought him his own dog bowl of water, and was very friendly to...More

I do not mind paying for water as I live in another desert area but the resturants here at least let us know if they charge for water or refills when or before we order. Most have it posted in a place everyone can see or on... More

I would call the restaurant directly and ask that question. I have no idea if they do whole cakes or the charge for that.
