The Hollar's cook is knocking himself out to serve attractive, well-made meals at fair prices. It was so authentic, I thought I should eat with my hands. If you like fried okra, theirs is to die for. Cheese grits are very good, too, and come...More

If you find Santa Fe a little presumptuous you might enjoy a visit to Madrid. It's an old mining town on Highway 14. There you will find The Hollar and experience something a little out of the ordinary! The first thing you might notice -...More

Stopped for lunch while in Madrid. Excellent food, great service. One of the best seared tuna salads I've ever had! Beautiful location, surrounded by lush trees. Very good and varied menu. Go here, you won't be disappointed!
