Food was pretty good, a bit tight on spacing though. But all in all it was a pretty cool place to grab a bite.

We went to Lincoln because we were in the area and heard there was a festival here. Although the festival itself wasn't worth the trip (very very small) it was cool to walk around town. Husband always watches the movies about the Lincoln County War,...More

We were visiting Lincoln and decided to have lunch at The Dolan House. Not only was the food phenomenal, but the history of the place was fascinating. Don't skip dessert here, it's worth the calories!

Description
Built in 1883, The Dolan House is nestled in the beautiful Rio Bonito Valley in the famous town of Lincoln, New Mexico - brought to fame by the Lincoln County War and Billy the Kid, who roamed the surrounding area and broke out of the near by jail. In 2007 we purchased and renovated this historical house making a small restaurant serving home made American and Mexican food and lots of home made desserts. We also have a gift shop selling antiques, jewelry, leather goods, souvenirs, specialty teas and snacks. We are open for breakfast and lunch.
