About
Built in 1883, The Dolan House is nestled in the beautiful Rio Bonito Valley in the famous town of Lincoln, New Mexico - brought to fame by the Lincoln County War and Billy the Kid, who roamed the surrounding area and broke out of the near by jail. In 2007 we purchased and renovated this historical house making a small restaurant serving home made American and Mexican food and lots of home made desserts. We also have a gift shop selling antiques, jewelry, leather goods, souvenirs, specialty teas and snacks. We are open for breakfast and lunch.

What a unique experience this was. The food was wonderful. Especially the pecan bread pudding. Wow! What made it so unique is the story of the Dolan House (look up Dolan House in Lincoln or Jimmy Dolan) and then the fact that there are only...More

The couple that owns this picturesque and historical bed and breakfast is so charming, it's definitely worth the visit. The food is acceptable, but Beverly's desserts are to die for. I had the pear bread and despite its humble name, it was the best tasting...More
