Wow this place was amazing. Great staff and wonderful food. We went to eat the day we left Las Cruces and wish we had found this place sooner. Our waitress Cassandra rocked. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Perfect scrambled eggs! It is not close to any freeway exits. You will need to drive into town if traveling.

I really did want to love this place. With such high reviews, I had high standards. However, it was just ok. I had the menige a trois, and it was ok. The waffles were super dense. I wasn't expecting how thick and dry they were....More

Cashea thank you for your review we appreciate your input. Our Liege waffles are different than as they are dough base and not batter base. Hope to see you again.

Have not been there for dinner, but breakfast was really good. My husband had an omelette and I had a veggie quiche. Both were cooked perfectly.

This is our 3rd winter in Las Cruces, but our 1st visit to Bite. Breakfast was wonderful. We both tried the Lemon Waffles. They exceeded our expectations. We are coming for my birthday next week to try the dinner. Great for variety.

This is a low key but not extreme casual restaurant, of course I'm the one who thinks that going to eat looking like you are ready to do yard work is a non-starter. Their waffles can be a bit dry at times so make sure...More

It’s Las Cruces so I’m not sure how closely the non cross contamination process is. I will say from everything I’ve experienced and seen from bite of Belgium if anyone takes it seriously they do.
