I love the red enchiladas with fresh onions and a fried egg. My son loves their combo 2 and mexican coke in the bottle.

Have eaten at Nopalito's since college 1969. When in Las Cruces it is my first stop. The red cheese enchiladas always taste just like before. Excellent, best home flavored red in Las Cruces. And both salsas are full flavored, fresh right out of mama's kitchen.
