This is one of my 'go to' restaurants that we frequent about once a month. Yes this is a chain restuarant and yes chains can be very generic. However, we have found that both the food and the service to be consistently good. We enjoy the chips, gucamole and salsa, the fajitas, the burgers, and for dessert, the molten lava... More

Same as most Chilis I've been to in other places. Restaurant seemed clean, good friendly service. Typical chain restaurant with same menu and quality across the chains.

My husband and two granddaughter had lunch and it was good. It was a hot day and the waiter kept our drinks full. We all had something different from the menu. the salads were all fresh and filling.

There are lots of great (New) Mexican restaurants in Las Cruces which I frequent (i.e. Andele's, Chachis, La Casita Cafe, Habaneros), but Chili's has something that none of them have: black beans. Having lived in Central America for a year (and eaten in many Cuban restaurants), I bonded with black beans and rice - a healthy, inexpensive and tasty source... More

We arrived at Chili's and we we're quickly seated. Our party ordered a wide selection of food. From chips and salsa, Mango Chicken, Fish Tacos, and a sampler platter. All we're pretty good. We even splurged on an Oreo cookie chocolate cake. What is not to love??!! Overall we have found this Chili's to be a pretty good choice and... More

I ordered the green chile enchilada and it had absolutely no chile. It was just chicken rolled up in a corn tortilla with sour cream on top. - that's all. What was really gross was that the chicken was undercooked. I will certainly not go back to any Chili's any time soon.

We were quickly seated. The food was good and service friendly. They could have been better about filling up water.

My partner and I visited Chilis late afternoon on a Monday. She had a make your own plate of rice, beans, chicken enchilada with side salad, and I had a fajita with pork and shrimp, side of rice and beans. The fajita had lots of fresh cilantro. The rice is flavorful and unique with lots of cilantro which we like.... More

I liked that the manager came to our table and introduced himself and asked if we needed anything. I ordered a beer and he brought it too me right away.
