We found this place from a sheet given to us from the hotel. Lots of Mexican Restaurants in LC but we had that a few days before and were looking for something else. We spotted this and decided that it would be good to try....After our trip last year to the Middle East and Greece we had a hankering for this type of cuisine. Got in fast and seated. the server was attentive and so we had drinks and menus in short order. We tried the vegetarian plater with dolmades,, falafel and spanakopita which was excellent My wife had the pork souvlaki and I had the chicken taouk. Both were excellent and had great taste. Desert was the walnut and the cashew baklava - Very good. So now when we go back we know where to eat again.More

We came here on the recommendation of a friend. It was a good choice. The Hummus was as smooth as it should be, having lived in the Middle East. The Chicken Taouk was flavorful and it was served with Garlic Cream— don’t choose the Hummus...with it, you’ll miss out. The Souvlaki was seasoned nicely, though We thought the pork should have been thinner instead of the chunks we got, and was over cooked in a couple of spots— which a thinner pieces would have taken care of. And the side of rice was seasoned perfectly with fresh ground spices— we got platters which also included a small salad which was basically a Greek Salad without Feta and olives. The decor is sparse but nice. The service was friendly and cheerful; never learned her name, or would give her a shout-out. We recommend you try it.More

Mediterranean style food. The gyro, hummus and baba ghanoush are def best things on the menu. Price is a few more $ than you’d want to pay, about $20 for a meal, drink and appetizer but still pretty good. Staff is not the friendliest but...all in all a good stop if your looking for a food gyro.More

Went here with a group of 14. The food is certainly good, but when the bill came a 20% service charge was added. Certainly understandable as with a group many restaurants do that so that the server receives a proper tip. However, we were told...by the server, no, that is management fee because we are a group, and that we needed to tip on top of that amount. That would be a 40% additional charge. This did not make any sense to anyone and when asked the server said that's how it is, and same from the manager. Does this make any sense?More

My daughter is a student at NMSU so I frequently meet her for lunch at this restaurant which is right across the street from campus. We always order an appetizer of their hummus because it is so smooth and tasty, especially with warm pita bread!...Another favorite is their huge Greek salad with grilled chicken!!! The portions are large and it’s affordable! Love this little restaurant!More

About 10 years ago, I discovered Chicken Taouk at a little dive in Denton called Mike's. About 2 years ago, I was that way and Mike's was no more. Imagine my surprise when I am scrolling through places for lunch and discover this restaurant with...Chicken Taouk. Am overjoyed and make a beeline for it. Was met by a very happy and smiling host, seated promptly and my waiter was very polite and jovial. Ordered the mini-platter with an extra pitas and a side of baba ganoush. It was beyond expectation and even the mini platter was still a lot of food. Everything was fresh; hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold. Will definitely be back!More

The orange front door tells you the place is different. The interior is very modern and open. The wait staff will come to your table quickly and take your drink order. The menu has a variety of Middle Eastern treats. All the meals are delicious...and the price is right too. I enjoy the kefta, the gyros, the Greek salad, Hummus, and Lamb. It's a bit difficult to get to being at the end of the parking lot on a busy University Ave at Espina, but it's well worth the trouble of finding your way there.More

So, we like to go to Santorini because it’s close to campus, but something has happened to this place in the last 6 months. Not sure if it’s new cooks or management, but I ALWAYS get a Greek salad and this one was awful. It...was supposed to be a large, but the only thing large about it was a big dinner plate. It had a bed of lettuce that was wilted due to an exorbitant amount of dressing on it and 3 olives, less than an ounce of feta, if that, and sliced tomatoes. Not quartered, but sliced, like on a sandwich. Never had a Greek salad like that before, let alone from Santorini. We’ll be back, but not soon. They need to change back to a quality place or when we try it agin, we won’t be back at all.More

Delicious Mediterranean food! Got the vegetarian appetizer sampler to share, and we ordered the chicken schwarma and lamb kebab. All were great. Friendly service and clean restaurant. Busy lunch crowd but plenty of seating.

We love the wonderful consistency of the food. It is great no matter what time you go, and the service is on the spot.
