If you like hot for green or red chili than this is the place to go. Being non-locals we have not acquired the palate for the really hot which makes it difficult to enjoy your meal. We truly had headed there because we had heard that people come from miles for the pancakes but we had missed breakfast and had... More

OK . . . If you're gonna have a green chile cheeseburger . . . and New Mexico has a million of them . . . you want to go to place with great food, and a great experience. This is what we experienced! Cheeseburger was great, and the green chile stew was ... well ... superb (once I extinguished... More

The "Celebration Pancakes" are to die for! They are blue corn pancakes cooked with bacon, cheese, and green chili. I know it sounds strange, but they are absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was prompt and friendly and the food and coffee came out hot and great!

We stopped in on the last morning of our girls trip because I'd heard good things about the place and wanted to check it out. We all ordered numerous items, because we were so hungry and were amazed when the food came out and each plate was big enough for several people to share!!! Holy moly! The breakfast burrito was... We had a really great stop here as we trekked round the mountains loop from Santa Fe to Albuquerque the long (& very scenic) way round. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Anxious that I wouldn't end up with a meal I'd hate I was given a little taster dish of the green chilli - which was lovely & hot/spicy... More

We have been visiting the Stage Stop (formerly Deb's Deli) in Jemez Springs for about 15 years. After the ownership changed the quality of food and service declined slightly, but it remained a reliable place for a hamburger, etc. Recently we drove to see the beautiful colors in the Jemez Valley and stopped at the Stage Stop for lunch. It... More

The food is okay, service was fine. The setting was a quirky mix of cowboy and funky. Prices were reasonable.

Blueberry pancakes are amazing - made with blue corn and tons of blueberries . Omelette's are awesome. My husband ordered the Denver - but substituted green chile for green peppers. He said it was the best omelette he had ever had. Wonderful waitress Holly that will give you tips on how to enjoy your day. Good food - good people.

We had breakfast across the street the previous day so we stopped in for breakfast. On the menu was an item I've not come across before. Blue Corn Green Chile Pancakes. I'm not a big fan of pancakes but this I had to try. The cakes came out large and fluffy - I had the short stack and still could... More

Chicken tenders and fries were pretty good, red chili stew was good, grilled cheese with mushrooms/tomato/spinach was very good, frito pie with green chili was good. Prices a little high, but you are in the middle of nowhere. Service was ok.
