Cannot say enough nice things. Sheldon was a wonderful server, and the whole staff was super friendly. The food is all delicious, scratch-made down to the tortillas. I just wished we lived closer!

Close to the Hampton Inn West and recommended by the night staff for a late dinner. The food was excellent and the service was attentive. Clearly, this is a local's favorite and everyone knew each other in the dining room. This was well seasoned, flavorful New Mexico cuisine well beyond our expectations.

The food was good. I had the chicken tacos & the chicken had little flavor. A bland dish. It came with some pretty awesome green chili. The service was awesome. Seems to be a very popular place, a lot of people were there. Locals parading through trying to sell you items. They weren't pushy & left when we declined. Just... More

Upon recommendation by the guest services at the Hampton Inn, we ventured a mile down the road to Virgie's. This was a wonderful example of southwestern hospitality. Homey atmosphere, with lots of locals eating there. This was our first experience at being questioned red chili or green chili or Christmas--meaning both chilies on the food. Hubby had a great chili... More

The staff was very nice and the place appeared to be clean. Definitely a good place for families with small children. I had a strawberry margarita which was very good. The food is good, but we found it just average at best. The beans were dry and the chicken in my enchilada was bland. The sauces were OK, but more... More

Angie's has amazing food, outstanding service and just a friendly lunch experience. I have eaten there several times and you just cannot go wrong in picking an entree item.

My wife had the chicken enchiladas and a beef taco, which she enjoyed but thought they should use fresh taco shells instead of pre-made. I had a green chili burro and a taco the green chili was really good but same issue with taco shell. The only downfall was the constant interruptions by locals selling their handmade native objects. I... More

Recommended by the hotel staff. Loved the food & the service! Excellent local place to eat. Felt very comfortable dining there by myself. Townspeople are allowed to sell their jewelry & other wares while you eat at all the town restaurants. They weren't pushy & it was nice to see what they had.

We went for dinner. Everything comes with your choice of chile. The meals and the chile were all well prepared and good. This is not a fancy dinner place. No pretentions, just good food.
