Not a good restaurant. It was hot, flies everywhere food was average at best. Needs a lot of help. Staff tried but it wasn't good

Breakfasted here after overnighting at Coronado Motel. Met my expectations for a friendly small town cafe. Altho' very busy the staff were unfazed and kept the coffee coming. Food was good, prices fair, and all round a good start to a long day.

This is my first negative review - so I am not in the habit, lest you think I am picky and difficult. This was the worst meal I have eaten in so long that I cannot recall one worse. I ordered a shake and a burger. The shake was made from frozen milk, full of ice crystals and not a... More

It was the only place we saw open for breakfast. The food was good and the prices were the cheapest around. Our waitress was very nice. They have the menu on the wall and you order at the counter then sit down and the waitress will bring you your food.

Breakfast for only $4.99, eggs, meat, potatoes and toast. Menu on the wall and have to order at the counter, but friendly service and good number of refills on the coffee.

This is a very small local yocal hangout for older crowds. Burgers were freshly made not frozen. Very yummy. The female server was very nice. She did get a little overwhelmed when the place started to fill up all at once. Seemed there was no other servers. A little boy was bussing tables. Did not try the ice cream. Prices... More

The food was OK but the ice cream was a cheap, tasteless formula with ice crystals in it. S There was so local cop who went behind the counter and filled his own cup without ever washing his hands. Disgusting. Staff never attempted to stop him. Then he loudly complained to other locals about his boss and a coworker. It... More

You don't have just a huge array of options driving through this part of New Mexico. This is a modest local burger and classic sandwiches type place. The staff was extremely efficient and personable, especially considering the punishing amount of drive through orders they were completing. Our food was fast, basic, great! We really enjoyed watching the locals come in,... More

We stopped here after visiting Billy the kid's gravesite. They have a good menu selection and decent service. It was nice to see them open as over the years there are not many choices in Ft Sumner. A good casual place to eat like the old small town diners of yesteryear.
