Ann's Restaurant is what I describe as good old fashion down home cooking. Primarily my wife and I eat there for breakfast. If you don't want a lot of food with plenty of calories of all sorts, then don't eat here. But, if you want a tasty meal (especially breakfast) in a diner type atmosphere, this is the place to... A time happenstance put me at the American Furniture Mall in Farmington. Time to burn. ..Time for coffee... The aromas were so good, I ordered an entire breakfast of Huevoes Rancheros. Tasty beans; perfect over-easy eggs as ordered; excellent house salsa, and an extra tortilla. A real serendipity and a cold winter day! I look forward to another visit.

I eat at this place alot. So you could say, I'm a regular here. The food and service is amazing. The portions are big and more then filling. They hand cut their french fries, so there made fresh. I haven't had anything that, i didn't like. The prices are pretty reasonable, and they usually offer daily specials. The place isn't... More

Ann's Restaurant is a long-time mainstay in the Farmington area and I see why....very, very good food and service at very reasonable prices! This is your classic greasy-spoon goodness at it's best!

Ann's is your typical old cafe diner that serves great food and provides great friendly service. It';s where the locals have breakfast. WOW the biscuits are outrageous. We had 8 people in our group and we ordered a variety from the menu and every person loved what they ordered, from chicken fried steak to biscuits and gravy, to pancakes and... More

This Breakfast only restaurant has been our choice when heading out of town for the day. Food is consistently good and service is efficient and friendly. Definitely a locals favorite. Almost everyone knows each other.

Remember the way people cooked and ate before all the health concerns? Welcome home! Not for everyday eating, but I love it just the same! Great comfort food (I love eating breakfast there!).
