My husband and I stopped by after reading the reviews. My husband ordered the enchilada plate and I ordered the Huevos Rancho plate and we also ordered two sopas. The food was disappointing. A lot of beans and rice, but very little of any thing else. While eating our food we asked twice for the sopas. After finishing our food... More

Nice casual atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff and clean. Someone was always cleaning. You can see into the huge kitchen and the floor is spotless. Chips and tortillas made and sold on site. Some of the best refried beans I have ever had. The rice was fluffy and flavorful. The chicken enchaladas used roasted, not the usual boiled meat and the... More

Good food, fast service, casual dining. I will definitely be back. I had the carna asada burrito and sopapias and they were both very good.

This is a local dive. Very authentic Mexican food. Best Tamales around. Buy them by the dozen or by the plate. The enchiladas are fantastic. Very small place, limited seating, most are take out orders. Dona Maria's is a must visit.

Has really good homemade flour tortillas! Always a must go when in town! Reasonably priced! Great small restaurant to stop by.

Very nice, great value, clean and authentic food. Menudo was very well done. The 'in house' made tortillas are of exceptional quality

I usually like to try different Mexican food places, when we travel and this little place is a gem. The Barbacoa and menudo was right on point it was so tasty that could not stop eating I so wanted more but I was stuffed so I took it to go. 😋

Doña Maria is a simple, unpretentious, and no frills Mexican place that is for people who just want a good meal and not a lot of fuss or flourish. There's no ambiance or decoration, but that's not what you're there for, you're there for the food, and Doña Maria doesn't disappoint.

Too bad I'm not able to rate the food... The customer service was horrible. They refused to serve because "it's close to closing time" even though it they still had 30 minutes until closing time. The young girls were very rude even when we informed them it was going to be take out.
