Good Mexican food, but spicy!

My wife and I ate here a couple days ago. The inside dining was closed, but the patio was open. Kinda warm this time of year. They have 2 sauces- red and green. The green is suppose to be mild, but I guarantee you it was not. The waitress even commented that the green sauce was spicier than usual. The cheese enchiladas were very good but too spicy for me.

Great Place

Traveling from Eastern Nevada my wife and I "lucked out" by choosing Si Senor. From first stepping into the establishment we were met with kindly staff that treated us as though we were long time customers. Acting upon their suggestions I ordered the stuffed sopapias (green), the waitress said she likes sauted onions (not on the menue but a delicious add on). My wifes fajitas were also very good. As good as the food was the young staff was better. I am only sorry that I live so far away or else I would become a regular at this resturante

We love Mexican food and this place delivered!

We were fortunate to have a friend back in Atlanta who knew of this restaurant. When he learned of our route on our 35 day road trip, he highly suggested timing our drive to make this a stop for lunch. We're glad we did! We were there on a routine, regular Wednesday, and the place was busy! It's pretty large and offers outdoor seating when the weather is more cooperative than it was for us, plus drive through. Put it this way, if we ever return to the area - we will also come back to Si Señor.

Caused me to be tempted to go back into quarantine

Our lunch was a disappointment. The green chile sauce had no flavor and no heat. The ground beef and the chicken had no flavor-seemed like these meats were boiled in plain, unsalted water. The whole pinto beans needed to be in the pot about an hour longer so they'd be nice and soft. The honey in those little packets is a big pain in the neck.

Best Quesadillas and Sopapillas EVER

My husband is not a huge Mexican food fan and we both agreed that the quesadillas and sopapillas were the BEST we have ever had! The staff was just perfect...attentive and friendly. Completely enjoyed our dinner and just wish we lived closer so we could go back again.

Very good. Good service and very good food. The gorditas were very tasteful and loved their red and green sauce. Flautist with shredded beef were excellent. Free Sophia’s at the end of the meal. Took them home for later. Ymmm

TERRIBLE SERVICE

This used to be my go to place on my way to work. Not after this morning. I texted my order in like I always do. I arrived and had to call since they are working from inside due to construction. I told them I texted my order in. The guy said they are almost done with my order. A kid brought my order out, but it was wrong, So he took it back in. After another 10 minutes he came back out and said since they are only taking online and call in orders they did not make my order. I waited for 25 minutes to be told that. My go to for burritos will now be Dona Marias for myself and my workers I take food to.

Outstanding Service and Food

This is a very busy place, and for good reason. It’s obvious that the locals, including the woman working the front desk at our hotel who recommended it to us, love to eat here. We were there for Sunday dinner, and it was packed, but we were seated immediately. Their online menu does not mention alcoholic beverages, but, of course, they have them, and we loved our Margaritas. Not being very hungry, I had the Red Chile Con Carne (pork), which was perfect, and with lots of meat packed into an 8-oz bowl. My wife loved her Taco Salad. I recommend this place highly.

If you want good food and customer service...

Don’t go here. It’s decent food but terribly overpriced. The girls at the front are super snotty, rude....always sooo busy to smile, greet or do their job. It probably means poor ownership/management.

We waited forever to be seated. And when were seated, we waited some more for someone to acknowledge us, no one came. The staff finally came out when they sat a family of 10 to 14 people with two waitresses taking drink orders. We left, and went down the street to another place.

Very Good New Mexican…Quick

My wife and I each built our own combo. I enjoyed all 3 choices and for my wife 2 outta 3 ain’t bad. Excellent salsas for the chips. (Really great tortilla chips, for that matter). And complimentary sopapillas with honey to cap off the meal. A bonus for us, we really needed to get out quickly. Every aspect of the service was very fast (without a rushed feeling).

Great Food - Good Prices

We ate there twice while staying in Farmington on trip to visit Chaco Canyon. Both times the food was excellent. Keep in mind, if you order margaritas, they are made with wine and not Tequila. But still very good.

My service was horrible. We were disrespected in such a manner that was uncalled for. Our drinks were not refilled nor did we did get straws or napkins. This was my favorite place, but has completely gone down hill. Don’t eat here. Unless you want bad service. Also, the hostess turned her back on me and pretended as if she didn’t see me. I felt so humiliated and disgusted by their attitude.

So good after a long tiring trip

We asked the front desk clerk at the Ramada Inn for a recommendation and he gave us this restaurant. We'd been driving through snow and ice in SE Utah for quite a while, and, although it had cleared up by the time we got to Farmington, we were tired and hungry. This place was perfect. Good food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I had some of the best chile rellanos I've had in a while. The sopapillas were perfect.
