We ordered 2 burger meals with simplistic variations, which were written directly on the bag our meal was to be served in. NEITHER burger was correct, and when i complained, the manager seemed to be put out to have the order remade. Then there was the fact that the beef patties were well overcooked and dry as an be. I... Friendly, Fast service and food that is FRESH!! The servers were smiling, and genuine and the wait was not too long. The place was clean, and people seemed to be enjoying the moments.

I absolutely love this food! only problem is the service is always so poor. I have tried establishing a rapport with the employees but the last time I went in the cashier was definitely on drugs. its very sad to see such an iconic place get so bad. I sincerely hope they clean it up. and soon! I will definitely... More

Great burger joint that serves local dishes as well. I highly recommend the tewa taco. A piece of fried bread with meat, beans, and Chile. A unique new mexican experience.

My husband and I were travelling to Taos, New Mexico from Tucson, Arizona and we just wanted to get there. But with over an hour and a half to go and concerned that most places would be closed, we turned into what looked like a locally owned "burger joint" when we discovered our go-to place, the Rio Grande Cafe, was... We always get take out. The food is good but the price has gotten a bit too much. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. It's a bit hard to get in and out of the parking lot but worth a visit.

We read a few reviews before stopping here on a road trip. Regrettable. I would not recommend you stop here. I'd try the next, more updated burger joint down the street (rhymes with lakes). We had burgers and my father in law had a vegetarian Mexican plate. It did not look appealing. Our burgers were tasteless and a terrible deal... More

Convenient but not very good. Pros: they have pacman and a cool sign. Cons: The hamburger was bad. The beef taco was bad. Not very clean. French fries were o.k.

Don't let the looks of this place fool you. Dandy's looks like a 1950's hamburger joint and indeed the building may be that old. When you enter look for the menu posted high on the facing wall. There is a wide selection of New Mexican specialties and burgers. I have heard that their burgers are good, but I can't seem... More
