The kids enjoyed homemade root beer that was amazing. My husband enjoyed a raspberry rye and I had a glass of white wine. Great way to end our rafting trip.

Stopped on way back from white water rafting trip. Lots of good local brews and wines to choose from. Peaceful location.

Had a chance to raft across the road with New Mexico River adventures and then went across the road for a few excellent brews. It was a perfect New Mexico day!

We absolutely love the tastings. The vibe of the brewery was quaint and welcoming. The bartender mad us feel at home and it was nice to meet so many locals enjoying the beer.

A wee little spot. We tasted underwhelming 2 beers before settling on the IPA. It was okay. The only food options are cheese, crackers, salami and cracklins. It's a good little spot if you really need a beer in the area.

A small and sparsely decorated place with a nice and relaxing umbrella-ed patio. I didn't like the beer so had a tasty root beer. Worth a visit.

My sons and I hit the tap room two days in a row, once after bouldering and once after a rafting trip from New Mexico River Adventures, which is just across the street. Not much to eat, but the cheese, cracker, and salami plate was pretty darn good.

My girlfriend and I went on a rafting trip. The Blue Heron was right across the street. The person working at the time was very helpful in picking out the best wine for both of us. We got one red wine and one white wine. I would recommend this to anyone who likes wine.

After a half day kayaking in the river, we stopped at the Blue Heron on the way back. What a treat! As the designated driver, I enjoyed several glasses of homemade root beer- and it was excellent. My family drank the beer & reported it all as delicious. Paired with an excellent cheese & fruit platter, it made a perfect... More

You have got to try their Scotch porter. Smooth and very full flavoured. For the teenagers there is a great brewed root beer as well. Raft with NMRA across the street and finish your day at this very small but great brewery.
