We ate a family lunch at this restaurant on a Saturday. It was busy but the service, after you order at the counter, was efficient. I am rating the food over all as mediocre; the spicy calamari was good, as were the carne asada tacos, but the chile rellenos were disappointing with tough skins on the poblano chiles and a... More

The spicy fish dish was delicious. We shared that and the oysters on the half shell that were flavorless.

Visited Guadalajara Grill for lunch. I had a bowl of Posole and a taco. This is a restaurant that the locals hang out so you know it's going to be good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

There are two locations in Taos, one on the northside and one on the southside, with a hand wash carwash attached to the southside location. I always eat lunch at the southside "Guad" when I'm getting my car washed, but I prefer the food at the northside location. The menus are identical, but we love going to the northside location... Very good food. New Mexico style! Had the Chili Rellenos. Very tasty. My friend had the street tacos and loved them!

We were passing through Taos looking for a good lunch that was fast and efficient. This restaurant was the perfect choice. We ordered our tacos at the counter, picked up our silverware, found a table, and were served within a few minutes. High quality food without a lot of extras and great value.

We've eaten here, probably eight times. The food is always good and the portions are plenty. The service is efficient and the staff friendly. One of my favorites is the gazpacho.

Cheap good food fast. You have to stop by the guad if you have a chance while in Taos. Everything is good and local.

Good place for New Mexican food and drink. Had spicy grilled salmon, which comes with grilled vegetables and guacamole, plus tortillas, rice, sour cream, and chopped tomato. Jamaica to drink. No service: order at register, they bring food to you. Friendly folk. Fast cooks. No fuss. No atmosphere. Just good food. Many local clients. Highly recommended.

We stayed next to Lottaburger and planned on walking over for a quick burger dinner, but they closed at 7pm! So instead, we walked across the street to Guadalajara Grill. Not a lot on ambiance, you order, pick up your silverware and they deliver your food. I had the half beef taco plate and my bf got the half beef... More
