I always go for lunch and have a beer and nachos or a burrito. Great patio and very quick service. Lots of parking. One day I really studied the menu and given that I am from Brooklyn, NY I noticed fresh oysters on the half shell. I am addicted!

We love the Southside location & it is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Taos. You go up to the counter & place your order & the food comes out fast. The fajitas are delicious. They are served with beans & rice & tortillas. The hot sauce here is fresh & delicious as well. Be sure & try the... More

My wife and I are very happy to have found the Guadalajara Grill South. Lots of seafood dishes. Delicious! Voted Best Food in Taos three years in a row! And we know why. The dinning is casual. Good beer selection. Friendly native staff.

There are two Guadalajara Grills in Taos. The one located on the north side of town in El Prado is our favorite. Food is outstanding, try the pork tacos, guacamole, carne asada and shrimp dishes. I think just about everything is delicious. The wait staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

Order at the counter. Dinners come in full and half orders. We could easily have split a full dinner and gone away stuffed. Looked like a place for locals as well as tourists.

I ordered the tapatio and it was delicious! I have never had shrimp in the "guadelajara style" but they were perfect and I gobbled them up right along with my whole steak. The michelada was also exactly what I wanted. The only thing I'd remind guests of is that you have to go up to the counter to order, a... More

This is quite a place! You order your food at the front of the restaurant. (they bring your order to your table) There are many choices so it may take awhile to decide. We ordered chips and salsa to eat while we waited for our food to arrive, however, the food came so quickly we barely had time to dig... More

The space is big to hold big groups. A variety of foods and prices. Something for everyone. The best part is the fried ice cream!! Enough to share with 4 to 6 people.

Very good and authentic. I have take Spaniards there and they liked the food and commented that it was good basic food. I eat there a couple times a month, it is my most frequent restaurant I visit in Taos. Taco salads are great. Steaks are Mexican style with a unique taste. The green and red sauces are flavorful, not... More

Just go up to the counter, place your order, and take a number to place on your table. The food will be delivered shortly. No server who needs to be tipped. This place never disapoints. The quality is good and the price is right.
