Taos is famous for chiles so I tried the Colores which included 3 different ones. It was spicy like I wanted and gave me a nice warm feeling. My wife enjoyed her fajitas, though we were both disappointed that we could not have a Margarita, beer and wine only. We ate outside on the patio on a cool August evening... More

Don't let the first look fool you. Though this is a smaller restaurant, there is plenty of free parking on both sides, a lot of outdoor seating, numerous tables inside, and super fast service with very well accomplished cooking. The beer battered french fries are not to be missed. The green chili sauce is not like what you will find... More

This restaurant has consistently provided good tasting New Mexican food. Service is excellent. However, it can get noisy if you sit on their outdoor patio due to highway noise.

We eat here once during each Taos visit. We make it our first meal, if possible. After that meal, I don't care where else I eat among the many great choices in Taos -- I have had my fix!

We have vacationed in Taos several times and always return here. On our most recent trip in early August we were fortunate enough to go back again, and had the best meal of our entire week-long trip. Wish we could have gone more than once! I got a combination plate with a child relleno, which was crispy and tasty, cheese... More

The best Frito pie I've ever had! Wife had the chicken taco salad and was equally impressed. Service was terrific, prices fair. Our favorite for Taos for sure!

Sangria was tasty, but not sure it was worth the $7. Chips and salsa - chips tasted like they came straight from a bag but the salsa was fresh and tasty. The highlight of the dinner was the red chili and green chili, both which were well developed flavors with just the right amount of heat. Kudos to a great... More

I couldn't stand the red chile...too much flour and absolutely NO flavor other than pastey. I enjoyed the chile relleno and ordered a side of green in addition. Everything else was okay. Salsa not even spicy. Would only go back for the rellenos and green chile...maybe.

Service is fabulous and so is the food. I had a chicken taco salad and my man had "the best frito pie ever."

It's authentic, hand-made, and absolutely delicious. Their salsa is the most fresh I've ever tasted, and perfectly seasoned - not too hot, with just enough kick. The blue corn enchiladas are outstanding.
