Went there with 7adult 3kids yesterday just for chilling. We were really happy since we step in there. The hostess was friendly, she was escorting us to the table, the server was very professional serving us. We just bought small snacks and dessert, some drinks...and a bottle of shiraz. Unpleasant experience begin. My friend went to the beach, and when she went back to the restaurant from the beach, we asked if we can get the same door due to they allow bule came through from the same door(door from the restaurant to the beach).(Not from the entrance door, which the server explained to us that, if we wish to come back tl the restaurant we need to go through the entrance door). We ask to the security if we can get back through this door (door from the restaurant to the beach). The security said yes but need to wash the feet first, while washing the feet the security said “hey be quick, my job is not only open this door for you” (hey, saya ga hanya bukain dan jaga pintu ini aja buat kamu) Seriously....??? Why there’s still discrimination with Indonesian? We paid the same bill with those bule, We didnt get any special local discount to spend there, Shame on this restaurant!! hostess and your server did a great job, But your security by the beach door ruin our exceptional experience at the sophisticated KUDETA by discrimination us!!!More
