Gado Gado... I just love having breakfast at this place. If you get here before 11am The place is deserted, early morning swim, calm ocean, easy jazz! Than a freshly made juice and orange crepes.... !! Best place to start your day in Seminyak. Love it.

Ok, you pay a bit more but compared to western countries it is still cheap. The service is excellent. The food is excellent. The view over the beach is excellent. The ambience is perfect. The mahi mahi was delicious as was the ikan (fish). Even the cheapest Bali//Australian wine (Chardonnay) was good - don't bye the expensive stuff.

Its good location to see the sunset, but in front of the restaurant normally busy with motorbike. Best time to come here during sunset as the umbrellas on the beach already close. Lunch time is good too but beach view normally cover by the umbrellas from the sunbath chairs which is rent by the local people in the beach. Spring... More

This is at least our 4th visit over 5 years. We visited for lunch, unbooked with 2 others and chose a 3 course special. All had exquisite meals. My entree of tuna rare & encrusted was very special as were others seafood terrine, which was delicate & extrordinarily full of wonderful flavours. Our mains were also exquisite. We all decided... Had a lovely dinner but a bit over priced. Staff extremely friendly. Prawn was undercooked which was a bit worrying but nice night nevertheless.

I think this restaurant was great once? But now it has an uninspiring menu and if they are going for the fine dining tag, the food has to be a lot better. The setting is fantastic and brings the customers in, the service is also great but I think the chef is tired of his job.

Lunch with the girls often means we end up at gado Gado. Their lunch price is great value for outstanding food and they always make the effort to go that little bit further. The location overlooking the beach is a Bali classic and the chef Quip is outstanding. We love it here.

We had some cocktails and the 250k ($25aud) tapas platter. Although we attended the day before and were told the deal was off, we came back by chance the next day and the deal was on the table. It was beautiful! (Probably a little miscommunication) We loved the ceviche (fish cooked in lemon juice) so much we ordered another larger... More

Seminyak Beach front Restaurant Chez Gado Gado offers an exciting new concept in modern and contemporary European style dining in a relaxed, yet stylish environment. Surrounded by a beautiful outdoor deck dining area complete with pergola, Chez Gado Gado offers uninterrupted views across the Seminyak beach and Indian Ocean. It is a perfect setting for romantics and special occasions. Our cuisine can be described as eclectic with a mix of European and Indonesian an Asian items while offering a relaxed and casual service during lunch time. Dinner time provides a slightly more formal and professional service that matches its European style menu with local flavors. Chef Quirijn Rademaker proves his creativity by creating an innovative culinary journey with clean finishes. While we are a casual fine dining restaurant, proper attire such as shirt (no branded tank tops/singlets/T-shirt) and footwear, will be required in fairness to all of our guests. Bookings and reservations larger than 8 and no smoking requests will be prepared inside our dining room. Parties of 12 or more adults requires an assigned set menu so that the flow of service for all of our guests is not disrupted. Outside tables will require a reservation and will be set per weather permitting and space availability.
