This simple, inexpensive place has amazing sate/kebabs. It’s all outdoors with simple tables, more like a roadside bbq stand, but wow the food. Each order of sate comes with 7 skewers. The best we had in Bali!

This place offers delicious sate flavours. Not the most ambient dining experience but well worth stopping by for a beer and some sate tempeh!

We found this restaurant when we were going to our hotel and decided to give it a try. After 5 weeks in Indonesia and 7 months in Asia we were getting tired of local food.. but this restaurant is a whole new experience of Indonesian...food. Everything we had was so delicious that we came back 4 more times, cannot recommend it enough. In the reviews here I red that the place is closed (June 2019), IT IS NOT!More

After reading Trip Advisor reviews we walked down in preparation of delicious duck - only to find Gapet is closed down and has been for three months! We went into the food square and went to Warung Bernadette instead - delicious authentic food!! Highly recommend

I thought it good. Seemed authentic balinese spicy chooks barbecued delightfully, but it turned out a bit spicy for my white family so beware if this matches yours! Lots of options, eat in or takeaway, in a little foodcourt slightly off the beaten track/main street....Bring mozzie repellentMore

Had dinner here and it was amazing. Beer was ice cold. Could not fault this great place. Will be back next time in Bali.

Gapet is one of the restaurants in Kayu Aya Food Village (the food court itself is hidden in a corner so make sure you don't miss it), serving mainly duck & chicken. The crispy duck is decent and HUMONGOUS. I had to order 2 portions...of rice to finish the duck. The meat is crispy-tender, but flavor is a little too salty. I'm Indonesian (accustomed to very strong flavors) so that's saying something. Service is slow & nothing special - a contrast to the super-friendly staff of Warung Nia that's located right next to it.More

No problem to come during the day or night, because we have an air condition room if it is hot air or Outdoor if you want to enjoy free air in Bali. And for Indonesian food there is no difference for lunch and dinner. Thanks... More
