Rustic and cosy venue, attentive staff and fantastic food. Also a good selection of well priced Italian wines, which you can taste before buying. Excellent food, the baby prawn and squid starter is very good, as was the basil pesto gnocchi and slow cooked duck ragu. Nice breads and cured meats. A definite return restaurant for future holidays.

Came to Zibiru in 2013 and again this trip to Bali and we have to say, it's just fabulous. The service is impeccable, the food is divine and the prices are reasonable for the quality.

The atmosphere here is lovely. The staff was also so nice and attentive. Towards the end of our visit, a nice live band started playing. But alas, this was not our kind of place. Small portions with high price tags. There are those who appreciate that kind of dining but we are not those people. No fault of the restaurant.... More

Just up to an Italian lunch. A focacia with pomodoro, mozarella, prosciutto, with a good glass of wine. Just perfect, to add to the variety if food on Bali. The location: an idyllic garden, well designed.

Ate at zibiru while staying a little further down Jl Drupadi. Restaurant is lovely with great decor and a choice of inside or outside seating. Service superb with manager explaining the menu and specials at your table. Food outstanding, flavoursome and just enough to leave you very satisfied. Would highly recomend.

What a great find :) A lovely restaurant with great decor. Tables well spaced with a choice of indoor and alfresco dinning. Menu varied with all the right classics. Served a sample of pumpkin soup to start with, great flavour. Followed by beetroot and prawn salad. Prawns fresh, tasty and sweet. Beetroot was grated so was very soft and lacked... More

Were here with the family and everyone found something they enjoyed. They had Italian sausage on the menu, but with a sauce and pasta my hubby didn't prefer. The were kind enough to allow him to order off menu. Sausage isn't big chunks like we expected, almost granular, but we could still taste it and it was delicious. Oldest child... More

We have been to this restaurant before going to the airport to catch our flight. Thr waitress was very kind the.outdoor seating is very basic and created from nothing we were only us and another family staying inside. We ordered the available home made pasta, frittura and mozarella salad. All was great I will suggest to give it a trail.... More

This place is a hidden gem. Food was absolutely amazing and all reasonably priced. Staff were great and very friendly. I would definitely recommend! Decoration was great, felt like we were somewhere else. It doesn't look much from the outside but just wait till you go around to the garden!!

Dinner was pretty average and service not great. Owner comes and swans around but it adds nothing. The place itself is really quite nice, but in Balai terms it was a little over priced and food was just average compared to what else is around.

Description
Since opening its doors in August of 2012, Zibiru has garnered a loyal following with its regional Italian cuisine made from fresh ingredients. The restaurant has something for everyone, from food enthusiasts to wine lovers: During the day a gastronomic deli, offering sandwiches with premium Italian products as well as vegan and vegetarian choices. 5 to 7pm is Aperitivo time with wine tasting and a chance to sample complementary bites from the kitchen. Come at night to listen to soul music and jazz, an ideal soundtrack for friends catching up or for couples seeking intimate conversation amid a romantic setting. We offer a feast for all five senses, providing a little refuge from the noise and liveliness of Seminyak. Adorned with authentic details exuding old Bali charm, Zibiru revives the romance of the past with its whitewashed facade, hand-carved wooden interiors and handmade furnishings. We offer three different dining experiences: al fresco in the garden amidst lush tropical flora; under the stars of the rooftop lounge; or in the haven of its non-smoking interior. The menu showcases the best offerings from the field; market-fresh fish arrives daily, bread is homemade on site, and pasta is handcrafted from scratch. Organic heirloom vegetables are harvested from Zibiru's own environmentally friendly farm in the mountains of Bali. Zibiru offers a chance to taste the splendor of Italy's various regions all under one roof. Live jazz every Wednesday and Saturday.
