After a great meal at Ginger Moon, we decided to try their sister restaurant, Jackson Lily’s, for lunch—and it did not disappoint!
We ordered the Tasting for 2, which was an amazing mix of flavors. The selection included Prawn-filled Summer Rolls, “Fillet-o-fish” Bao Buns, Chicken Ribs, King Prawn Dumplings, and spicy Chicken Pot Stickers. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. I even made use of the leftover toppings by rolling them up in the lettuce so nothing went to waste!
The restaurant itself is stunning. It’s clear that the space was completely renovated, featuring a modern yet warm design with exposed steel and reclaimed teak. The ground floor has air conditioning, an open kitchen, a pastry display, and a bar, while the upstairs dining area is open and breezy. Even the bathrooms are fun, with Bruce Lee and Marilyn Monroe adding a quirky touch.
Service was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. To top it off, the bill was presented in a Coconut Monkey, which was such a fun and memorable detail.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a beautiful setting!

Fabulous cocktails which are well presented. Staff are extremely polite and attentive explaining each dish that is served up. The food is amazing and never disappoints - always eat here at least twice when we come to Bali. Best restaurant by far?

My wife and me enjoyed a delightful dinner. The chicken dumplings were spicy and very good, the crab ones were incredibly tasteful and the sauce on spot. The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked served with crispy French fries and 4 different kinds of sauces. The service staff was very helpful and nice. We will for sure go back, thank you very much!

Maybe high expectations but the food was not great. Made a mistake to be talked into feed me menu and associated quench me drinks. The entree was potato crisps out of a packet
The prawns were stale and soggy and other two dishes all arrived at same time and not that warm.
As for quench me very hard to gain the attention of numerous wait staff who seemed to be instructed to slow down drinks as much as possible.
Did an excellent cooking class today and our food was so much better than what Jackson Lilly served last night

We don’t mean to be argue but feed me menus are our best seller every day during dinner time. If you have said the prawn was soggy and not that warm, I believe this was a mistake that not normally happened here, and please accept my sincerely apologise regarding this issue. I will bring this up to our daily briefing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, your comment is received positively by all the team. You also have said that the staff seemed to be instructed to slow down drinks as much as possible, I am sorry to inform you that you are wrong here. The staff served you 11 drinks (cocktails and wine) 2 hours we think that was not slow.

Honestly I didnt even get the chance of eating any of entrees because it took longer than an half hour before I had enough of waiting in an empty restaurant and not being served the ordered dinner. I did pay for the 2 entrees i ordered before leaving, but that was foolish on my part, i just thought i was going to be able to at least eat the food. Their food might be good just , just ensure that you or your significant other eat well before you come to tame expectations.

Our service is already of very high standard, our team both in product and service are professional and well versed in attentive and caring customer service. But all of the hard-working team is very disappointed to read your comment here after we all strive to ensure all our treasured guests leave us with fond memories.
If you have said that the food you ordered come out too long, i am sorry to say that we are not agree with it. We served your food by courses to ensure you enjoy every dishes without feeling in rush and yes we are agree that you seated at 5:22pm and left at 5:57pm, but please allow me to make it clear here.
5:22 you seated at our priority table by the window, then the drink list and food menu being presented

5:25 food order taken. school prawn, Sweet & sour chicken, Laksa, and steam rice (1 starter , 2 main course, 1 side dish )
5:27 your food order sent to kitchen (the timing is always recorded on kitchen/bar ticket)

and after you had finished your starter, we prepared your main course straight away.
5:43 you finished the starter, then we fired your main course
5:57 your main course is ready to be served. 14 minutes for 3 items of food was fast since all our food is well presented and prepared from fresh ingredients, not pre-cook.
But you left even though you know that the food was ready to be served. Your wife was disagree to leave and she was doing right and asking us to packed the food to take away but you refused her. The manager approached you to talk but again you refused her while your lovely wife kept saying apologies to us and we do really appreciate to your wife courtesy. Just a suggestion, if you are in hurry then you can simply inform the waitress to serve the food all together on table and we are sure that our team will do the best regarding your request. I hope you are not being offended of my words here and we are very sorry to hear that you were in a problem with your wife because of this, and we wishing everything is all good now. I also hope my response has been received positively, and we do all hope to see you again.

absolutely stunning! the menu is well labelled with gluten free options, however we mentioned I was gluten free in our booking and our lovely waitress ran me through the menu and showed what they could make gluten free that wasn't already marked gf, so I ended up getting the nasi Goreng which was delicious. my non-gf girlfriend got the mushroom dumplings which she said were the best she's ever had! our favourite restaurant so far during our time in bali.

We were excited to eat at Jackson Lily but were left a little disappointed by the serving size and quality. The Indonesian food lacked spice and was pretty bland.

We were recommended this restaurant after eating at its sister hotel in Kuta called Temple by Ginger Moon. We had high expectations as Temple by Ginger Moon is one of the best restaurants in Bali.
The chicken bun tasked like a McChicken from McDonald’s. The corn spring rolls were delicious. The noodles were also very nice, however maybe lacking some salt.
The space has great vibe and it very welcoming. Price was good for what you got.

Again, amazing. During this trip to Seminyak we had 2 lunches, 2 dinners and enjoyed an intimate and fun Cocktail Master Class.
The staff are incredibly attentive and thoroughly professional. The restaurant is super clean and the open kitchen makes for good theatre as the chefs go about making the incredibly tasty ‘East Meets West’ fusion dishes.
We had the pleasure to meet the owners this time round - Chef Dean, wife Baya (who makes amazing sweet treats), and their children Jackson and Lily. The experience, passion and commitment they put into the restaurant is world class.
We both highly recommend this restaurant because it’s authentic, well organised and superbly tasty.

The restaurant is large and at the time we visited it very quiet. It was just before nine o'clock. We thought it would be a bit busier but at 21 . 30 you can pass the last order. After we received our main course the restaurant was empty, the kitchen staff went home and turned off the lights and the restaurant was completely cleaned up. Unsociable. Food was good but not special.

Having been to Bali numerous times, I can without doubt say this was a top 3 food experience. A lychee mojito is a must, along with the passionfruit mojito. We began with the Pork Hock, a generous serving which can be devoured by two. The succulent meat fell apart unbelievably, and that was just the beginning. We received a complimentary side with that dish - rice paddy greens. It was the first time I had eaten them, and I was so impressed with the flavour. With these dishes we ordered the BBQ Tiger Prawns. This is what made our experience a 10/10. The flavour, the quantity and quality of meat and the serving size was perfection. Even for someone who isn't a massive fan of seafood, it blew me away. The staff were incredibly helpful, and to hear of the owner's generocity to them throughout Covid was very heartwarming. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Myself and three family members visited on a Friday night. We all had the lobster and prawn lakhsa. 3 had one prawn and one piece of lobster in their bowls. I had no prawn and no lobster. When asked by the lovely waitress if I had enjoyed my meal I said I was disappointed at the lack of advertised content. She apologised and offered the view that I had been unlucky. I did not complain further because everything else about the meal was lovely. Nice ambiance, good service, great wine, fair prices. But on reflection a refund of money or a complementary sweet would have been justified.

Great vibe, lovely food, good service and family friendly. Its upmarket so a bit on pricey side but I think it's a nice treat if you are willing to pay for quality. It was my sister's birthday brunch so it was definitely a celebration treat for us. Our kids enjoyed their food and the colouring book kits they gave us. Thank you Jackson Lily!

We have been coming here for the past couple of years and the food, service and drinks never disappoint.
Absolutely love the breakfast and dinners are sensational.
The cocktails are amazing!
We did the cocktail course on our recent visit and Eric and his team were professional, encouraging and lots of fun during the 2 hours. The canapés served with each cocktail were delicious and beautifully presented.
