We are an Italian Restaurant that provides premium and quality ingredients, homemade pasta, gourmet and traditional pizza's , Italian slow cooking style and a variety of a premium meat dishes, poultry and fresh fish . Very pleasant feel when you walk in. The furniture and general layout is very attractive. The menu is easy to follow and the food is fantastic. The service is professional and unobtrusive. Overall, the best of all the fine dining restaurants we tried in Seminyak, without the huge crowds and excessive costs of the more well known competition.

This is one of the best restaurants with affordable prices considering mid to high-end design. However, their friendliness, service and approach are something you can get in high-end restaurants. Delicious food, great bar staff, highly trained waitressing.

Wonderful evening, the restaurant is beautiful. The staff all so friendly and attentive. The music is fabulous. Our Calamari was crispy and freshly fried. Main course of pork belly was so delicious, beautifully prepared and the small roast potatoes to order, pared very well. The bottle of Two Islands Pino Grigio was perfect. Very reasonable priced elegant restaurant. Highly recommended

Every visit reveals the same scene: an almost empty space. Despite their aspirations to create an impressive dining environment, the reality is an uninspiring and forlorn atmosphere. Their attempt to draw in a lively crowd seems to have failed miserably. The supposed inviting ambiance feels more like an echoing void than a comfortable setting.
One would logically assume that the lack of customers would prompt the staff to provide exceptional service to those who do come in. However, what I've encountered is far from exceptional. The staff appears more invested in their personal conversations than in catering to the limited patrons present. This lack of professionalism is not only frustrating but also genuinely disheartening.
And let's not even delve into the matter of pricing. The menu charges premium rates for food that utterly fails to match the cost. For the same amount of money, Bali offers a plethora of significantly better dining options. This establishment, tucked away in Seminyak and strangely embracing the term "Glamour," falls short of meeting even modest expectations.
My advice: spare yourself the frustration and explore alternative dining venues for a more satisfying and fulfilling experience.

We stamped across this hidden Gem 💎 in middle of a rice field in Petitenget bali what a beautiful restaurant this is . Let me start that I m a huge food critic in fact most restaurants don t like me for being brutal but hey it s life … we ordered entrees —calamari fritti , mozzarella in carrozza , polpette in tomatoes sauce , and focaccia … followed by pork chop , cotoletta milanese , pappardelle osso buco, inked fettuccine seafood 🦞 and let me tell you I was so impressed from every single dish not to mention the attention to details of the staff (very rare in bali ) change of every cutlery for every dish and to complement the dishes they have the most delicious wines from all over the world .. The host something else such a carattere we had brilliant time he was funny took great care of us also we scored a slider of dessert on the house … I will highly recommend this place to any one ☝️ please do your self a favor put it on you list to vist when in bali … We loved it can t wait to get back … Thank you to Federico and all he’s excellent staff 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷💓💓💓🙏🙏🙏🏅

Tugged away behind petitengit off the main drag but worth seeking out. The staff are very sweet and highly attentive. The food is high quality and cooked to perfection, Al dente pasta and succulent steak. One of my favorite restaurants in the area 👌

Great restaurant for that next level! Decor is inviting, it draws you in. The rice field is a let down as it just looks like a grassy back yard but to be honest it’s not a big deal. Staff are friendly, smart and polite. The food is delightful, Italian cuisine, the chef definitely knows their food, cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced, fast service and a complimentary appetizer of focaccia bread with olive oil and aioli to start our journey, a complimentary liqueur to end it.

The waiter gave us a complimentary focaccia which very tasty. We had fried calamari for entree and it was crunchy and taste good. Had lobster as main, ossobucco pasta and linguine vongole. However the lobster and seafood in the linguine was not fresh, probably frozen seafood and we didn’t end up eating it all. It’s a low season in Bali though so that’s could be why. It could be better for sure.

We are truly sorry that we did not fully meet your exectatios , we are really sad to see such reviews in our
page.
We always do our best to try to satisfy all costumer palates but we understand that it is not always possible
to do this.
It's not about low season , we have a very high food cost due to we use only high quality ingredient and we
still very happy to do that due too our priority is serving the best food we can find in the island.
Lobstairs are bought in a small quantity every week , we get it fresh we clean, we wash, we give a bit of
marinations before freeze them, same we do with all our seafood and we are aware that not every time we
find the quality that we are looking for.
With all my honesty I can garantee you that my kitchen does not need to look for low-quality product , we
love what we do and we do it with the total respect, especially for the raw material.
Hope we can serve you very soon again and we wish you all the best with a big sorry for the happening.

We greatly enjoyed our dinner at Gloriam.
We were served delicious focaccia as an amuse.
My starter was the beef tartare and my husband chose the “tuna filet half way” .
As main course we both chose the fillet mignon with a pepper sauce. And as goodbye we got wodka with lemon and wodka with chocolate. (tasted like limoncello and baileys) .
Good choice of wines.
Really food and wines were delicious.
Our hostess was very friendly and the service of her and the team is excellent . We will definitely come back again!

First visit to this very nice place... that evening we were the only customers. unfortunately the ribeye we ordered was not at all tender as one can reasonably expect for Black Angus grain fed sold 295 thousand a portion. May be bad luck!

I think that your review in trip advisor has no real reference.
Please let me refresh your memory: You didn't order any Rump Cup Black Angus and you didn't pay 295k due
to our Black Angus cost 320K.
You ordered 2 Cube Roll which was a Rib Eye, also known as Scotch fillet and you ate one and the other one you
sent back because something was wrong with the texture and the cost of it is only 265k.
We asked you to replace it with a new one but you just sent half portion back and we erased it from the bill.
We are not look for any alibi and we are sorry when our guest is not happy but please at least share the
Right information to our guest.
We are glad that now you know the difference between grass fed and grain fed, we both learning
something from your visit.

If you come to seminyak area it is a must to come to Gloriam restaurant. In the middle of Pettitenguet area but in a very peaceful street.
The food is delicious , you have to try a little bit of everything to really appreciate the good level of the chef/menu, this is my recommendation.
The restaurant has an amazing bar in the middle , which is perfect for having a drink with friends , and some lounges areas that allows the place to have intimacy for couples.
Hardly recommend for all kind of public. I will go back again ;)

I don't know if the ownership is new since I was there last time, just before covid 2020. I used to go for their tasty pizza, suitably located just across the road from where I stay.
Now the name is new, the restaurant has had a significant facelift and I went for dinner on Valentine's Day, initiated by a generous prebooking offer. Smart, because most tables were occupied when I arrived. I got "the best table".
Excellent Chardonnay, crispy calamaris, followed by a perfect rear to raw filet mignon and red wine. Friendly and efficient staff, I'll definitely be back, next time - for a pizza, I think, just to check if it's still as good as before.
This restaurant is both Mid-range and Fine Dining I would say.

Reopened recently, Gloriam has a fantastic selection of delicious tapas and authentic Italian dishes. We dined on spicy chorizo, sensational seared tuna, properly done vongole, beefy cheesy ravioli and asparagus. Downed a bottle of fine Chilean Pinot noir and finished with the chocolate deconstructed Black Forest cake dessert between the two of us. Double Yuum :)

The food is just perfect. Pizza is one of the best I tried in my life, maybe even better than in Italy. The owner and staff are very friendly and there is a feeling like you are coming home and granma cooks specially for you with love. And also the fog cooling system creates very fresh and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended place to visit in Bali.

As per the recent reviews, restaurant is pretty amazing overlooking the rice fields . Staff are kind and courteous . Food is good and nicely presented Areas for improvement is the Service from the waitresses as this is disjointed . Starters and main courses come all together and some dishes served were later than other dishes resulting in members finished their food before other members had been served or even started.Atip for the restaurateur Recommend to wait until all members are finished food before clearing and cleaning the table .
Overall a nice experience an worth a visit😃
