Inspired by its spectacular oceanfront setting and the locally harvested sea salt, Seasalt is the must-go seafood restaurant whilst strolling around the Seminyak area. Seasalt marks the start of a tantalizing new seascape dining experience, with a dash of Japanese infusion, exciting palates with an enticing taste of the sea in their fresh seafood selection.

We stayed at AlilA Seminyak Hotel booking through Luxury Escapes. The deal included vouchers to dine at their restaurant Sea salt with an inclusion of 3 course set menu offering. Great food, the chef is very clever making these dishes so unique. The bread and...butter was absolutely superb with the butter housed within a mackerel fish. The canapés and petit four homemade chocolates are delicious. The service was fantastic by our waiter Andy who for two nights looked after us. His service language and fine dining training clearly showed as he used our names regularly, was very knowledgeable of all dishes and wines and ensured we were enjoying the dining experience, which we definitely could not fault. Thanks for a memorable experience and we look forward to joining you again in the future. Shannon & Bryan. MELBOURNE AUSTRALIAMore

We decided to try seasalt because of its glowing recommendations online and it did not disappoint! The sunset views were beautiful and the service from all the staff was second to none. From the complimentary bread and amuse-bouche, to the head chef coming round to...check in on us, the staff were simply amazing. We ordered different fish dishes, including some local delicacies (and even found room for desert!) and it’s safe to say we will remember seasalt’s delicious food for long time. Certainly a highlight of Seminyak and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Vivian and the team.More

What a great restaurant! We utterly loved our dinner here and can’t wait to come back again when we visit bali again. The food was amazing, well presented and just delicious. The mains we had included the slow cooked beef short ribs, snapper which we...chose to be filleted and slow cooked octopus with a side of bacon fried rice. We couldn’t fault anything about our meal and utterly enjoyed every mouthful!More

A perfect way to watch the sunset and the waves rolling in onto Seminyak beach. The service was great. Food excellent (pork belly and fish of the day (prawns) were amazing. Very relaxing / soothing ambience. The bill for three courses, a couple of gins...and a few glasses of wine was what you’d expect to pay in Melbourne or Sydney but we thought it was worth it.More

We were not staying at the hotel but visited Seasalt twice, once for dinner and another for breakfast. The food was amazing on both occasions. Being on the beach, the restaurant has a beautiful setting and its known for its sunset views. However, perhaps because...of global warming, we found that the experience could have been better, and we may have gone back more if it is better ventilated. On the whole, the experience was pleasant though and the restaurant offers quality food.More

We enjoyed the sunset while having our delicious meals and coctails. The food and drink score was 100 out of 10. The seat was very comfortable to enjoy the sunset. Best spot to see the sunset in Bali! The staffs was very kind, and helpful...especially Mr. Lanang who served us the best. He gave us time to choose what we want to eat or drink, even when we finished our meals and drinks, he asked us to stay awhile so we can enjoy the best moment there. He helped us took our picture, He brought a little cake and sang “happy birthday” because we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. It was unpredictable And also thank you for seasalt admin who I contacted via whatsapp, she/he was very helpful and informative. We will definitely be back at Seasalt someday soon!More

Excellent food choices and quality. Exceptional service. Special thanks to our regular waiter Gilang who remembered our regular order for the 10 days, who assisted us with transport and who genuinely conversed with us about our trip.

Had a memorable birthday dinner experience at Seasalt last Saturday.. I think it was my fourth time at this beautiful venue and I have always had memorable times there. Few days before my birthday dinner, I visited Seasalt but rather had an unpleasant arrival experience...regarding buggy pick-up service from the parking area. Caroline - the Director of Rooms, reached out to me directly to attend for this issue which I really appreciated. Revina - the Marketing Executive, whom I met prior to my birthday dinner was very helpful and assisting me in all of the inquiries for my special night. She helped me to tailor a bespoke romantic birthday dinner menu for my partner and I. She took the extra steps by surprising me with super tasty birthday cake in the end of my dinner as well! Moreover, I also found that the staff who were on the floor during my dinner time, were all very nice and accommodating despite the high amount of guests traffic they had that evening. I would like to thank Andi - our waiter for the evening and Wirya - whom I assume is the Supervisor / Assistant Manager who checked on us from time to time and ensure that everything went smooth. As a hotelier myself and as someone who pay attentions to detail, I can say that Seasalt has it all. Great ambience, food, and staff! Thank you for having us and we will definitely come back.More

We were there for a brief visit, around 8 pm and therefore not much of a waterfront view anymore. Nevertheless the service was great. However, the food quality is just nice, but the price is quite exorbitant. I don't think that this restaurant will be...my primary preference for another visit in the future.More

One of the best sunset places in Bali. Wonderful food. I would stick to the seafood and veggie dishes. Meat courses are good but the seafood and veggies are where this resto excels. As the same suggests, you need to have a bit of a...salty pallet. The dishes don't require any additional seasoning ;-) We ordered the following dishes: Veggies: - Cauliflower with asperges: great dish, strong flavors due to the sauce - Roots: carrot, beetroots etc. : carrot puree with colorful toppings - Baked potato: Strangely enough it comes to the table like a potato salad. Good for a potato salad :-) Seafood: - Udang bakar (baked shrimps): 5 big shrimps with two kinds of sambal - Snapper baked in seasalt: really fresh flaky meat - Marinated squid: good but the least favorite dish - 5 hours steamed octopus: awesome, very soft We experienced a great service. The moment that our glasses were getting empty, a waiter popped out immediately. Also the staff is proactive. When you drop a tissue or a fork, they will immediately take a new one and bring one to you without even asking. So top notch service (and training).More
