Seasalt Sensation! My friends and I arrived at the Alila to use the pool and have a few cocktails and were so impressed with the view, service and menu that we decided to head to the restaurant for sunset. Seasalt is an airy dining space...with a casual relaxed feel with views out to sea making it ideal for sunset - (I suggest getting in early and sitting on one of the outside tables). Another big plus was that Seasalt is a non smoking restaurant so we enjoyed our ocean fresh seafood without the second hand smoke of others. The cocktails were extraordinary however the wine list was not as vast as we remembered from pre COVID which is understandable. The staff introduced us to the story of Kusamba sea salt which is one of their signature highlights and the manager also answered our questions about the sustainability and sourcing of the seafood with confidence and obvious pride. Obviously the staff are well trained but also well looked after as their presentation was immaculate and their attitudes were professional but also very cheerful. Definitely a 10 out of 10 - we will be back soon.More

My dining experience in Seasalt is exceptional. Not only the sunset ambiance & the atmosphere are one of the bests in Bali, my tastebuds were also fulfilled by the delicious and sumptuous dinner. We ordered quite lots of dishes from the famous seafood laksa, grilled...prawns, fish and many more. All came delicious and did not disappoint.More

A perfect spot to enjoy sunset, and right aftar that, enjoying your dinner. Had chicken sushi and fish (snapper) cury. To be honest, the view of the sunset outweighs the food. In other words, the food tastes so-so. When I ordered mango juice when waiting...for the room was prepared two days after, (I was checking in at the Alila Hotel after that first visit to the property), it wasn't thick juice (smoothie from fresh fruit). Well, it was ok for me. However, when I had the bfast and ordered mango juice again, to my surprise, it WAS the smoothie from fresh mango. I wonder why they provided two versions of mango juice???🤔🤔😄😄😄. Out of interest, they have nice, thick plain yoghurt for the bfast. Love it! The staff members were friendly.More

Visited SeaSalt on Friday, January 29th. Was looking for a nice spot to meet a friend for a little bit of an upscale experience. SeaSalt fit the bill in every way. COVID precautions were in place. Lots of open space. Highly recommended, especially now when...it's difficult to know what's open and what's not in that area. It was very easy to know SeaSalt was open by finding the website. I then booked online. Booking wasn't necessary, but helpful to know that it was open.More

Premise: Seasalt is really an amazing, unmissable restaurant. Their cuisine is truly refreshing and inspiring. Their location is breathtaking and service is almost impeccable. In many ways, 5 stars are not enough. I decided to give it 4 stars for two minor reasons: 1) The...salt-crusted white snapper (which I assume is one of their signature dishes) ended up being the lowlight of the night. It was shown to us by the waiter still in its crust. By the time it was carved and served to us 15 minutes have passed... The result: the fish was almost cold. Its texture was also quite hard, very different from the white snapper we are used to. Still good but not special as the rest. 2) The playlist: this mix of outdated chill-out deep house stuff does not do justice to the amazing creativity and talent of Seasalt's chef. It belongs to a bad bar in Ibiza, not to an inspiring restaurant. My tip: Indonesia have some great local alternative artists who could help you putting together something as fresh, quality-oriented and locally-inspired as your cuisine.More

One of my all time favourites, Seasalt delivers exceptional service every time and not only that the food is top notch. Food is for sharing so don't expect large portions, sharing is caring at the end of the day bring a few people along and...there's plenty of food for everyone. Definitely go during sunset, their 'Coastal dining' concept is amazing!More
