Superb setting with views over False Bay and the mountains. A Full moon must. Modern architecture. Excellent food and staff. Overall a delightful experience.

Dinner for four of us, the tasting menu but not with the wine pairing. We simply ordered our own glasses of wine which meant everyone had what they wanted. The food and service could not be faulted and was made more pleasurable by the chiefs...More

While the tasting menu is certainly creative, some dishes like the poached chicken are over-engineered. Too heavy, too much. Unfortunately, the wines are limited to Waterkloof's own, which are of medium quality. But a fabulous scenic view from the restaurant, and very friendly service.

We, two couples, chose to have the Degustation menu with accompanying wines. The number of dishes listed on the menu was extensive. We were surprised and delighted when a succession of chefs came to the table to present and explain tasty and often also elaborate...More

The location is amazing - stunning views of mountains and ocean. The food matches the views and that’s an achievement; the presentation of the food is as good - creative, impactful, colourful. All top class. The service is also very good; I think Veronica is...More

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience on New Years eve at this establishment. The service is impeccable, the chefs cream of the crop, and the views outstanding! We took photos of each of the 7 courses. And the wine pairings from Waterkloof's own vineyard...More

My advice. Go and get a drink but leave for dinner at another not so snobby place. Sunset is nice but there are even better views with more professional personnel.
