Went with friends for lunch. We had Thai Fish cakes which could of had more thai flavour but other than that a great meal had by all. The service was top notch. Our waitress was superb. In the bakery you will find some stunning items to take home. We will be back

Popped in for a quick lunch with my family. Amazing selection of food and drinks. Wanted to try everything. Everyone left happy and well fed and the prices are excellent value considering the quality of the food. Very friendly attentive service from our server Felicity. Felt welcomed and very relaxed. The decor and music are perfect as well, well worth... More

A group of us went for lunch and were lucky to get a table without a booking. The portions were unfortunately very small. The Lamb Burger was actually tiny, and was served only with a small portion of chips. The Tagiatelle was tasteless, and I had to put 2 lots of salt and pepper on before it tasted like anything.... We stopped in for a light lunch on our way to Franschoek for the weekend. The Bistro has a great vibe and we felt so welcome when we arrived. My kingklip was excellent and my husbands chicken livers were great too. We both had a glass of house wine which was light and pleasant for lunch. The service was disappointing,... More

Over the long weekend the wine lands were packed, but we managed to get into Lust without any reservations for lunch. Ploughman's platter was good, as were the pizzas. Service was a little all over the place, but when someone was around they were friendly and seemed to be trying hard. Some decent wine by the glass.

A great place for lunch - we dropped in 3 times after golf or sightseeing on our way back to Angala. Loved the menu and tended to go for a starter (still of generous size) to leave room for the ice cream sundae - served in a kilner jar with figs, raspberries and honeycomb, yum!
