This restaurant has never disappointed us. The food is great and very reasonably priced for the area. Lovely atmosphere and convenient, central location.

Booked a table for 6 and all went very well. Nice 4-course menue with fixed price. Food and wine were very well - little bit too much meat on the main course though. Good service

Visited last year and have been looking forward to returning to this restaurant in 2017. It did not disappoint. The food, service and setting are all top notch. Always busy, which must be a good sign. We will be dining there again later in the week. It's our favourite restaurant in Franschhoek.

This restaurant has a large menu with local food as well as internationally trendy food. Always plated with something extra or something new. I can not get enough of the bobotie spring rolls. This is one place where you will love eating the garnish as well. They have big portions. Save place for dessert.

Walked in without a booking on a busy Saturday night. We were greeted warmly and seated in a cozy corner. First impressions cozy bistro style with a lovely atmosphere. We didn't notice the special boards unfortunately but saw a lot of people ordering mussels so decided on that for starter. They were delicious and absolutely huge portion for a starter,... More

Good dinner sat outside this. Passive French style brasserie in a period Franschhoek building on the Main Street. Good quality ingredients and good service

Went here for a family meal with a 1.5 year old who decided to start screaming, a waitress came over and rocked him back to sleep whilst we ate and enjoyed the meal She didn't need to, we'd have happily gone out with the little perisher but she was more than happy to. Great food too!

As the title suggests, on our first night arriving in this lovely setting of a town, where to eat? Suggestions are available from all sorts of places, guide books, your guest house/ hotel staff, Trip Advisor or just walk the street and see where's busy! So we did book and asked for a table on the outside terrace which we... More
