Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very nice… retro to the 50’s-60’s. With jukeboxes.

The food was good, not great. The prices were a bit high for what you got. The atmosphere was pleasant. The service was very good. The owner was rude. I was patiently waiting to leave through the front door that was full with people already...leaving and he made a sarcastic remark about my just standing there. There are plenty of good/great places in Wildwood to eat where you don't have to deal with smart remarks. I won't return.More
This was our first stop for lunch on our trip to Wildwood. I had read so many great reviews that we just had to try it. We were underwhelmed. The food was decent but nothing to rave about and the restaurant itself is nothing special....We had a Philly cheesesteak and a bacon cheeseburger platter. Again, not terrible but nothing I’d seek out again.More
Clean, nice atmosphere but basic breakfast. Pancakes were very dry, hard to cut. French toast was good though, lots of options for toppings.
Fast service great food, neat little restaurant. They had police day when we were there, they were playing corn hole and other games with the patrons. Wonderful tiime.
We got all the 'innovators' and they are great. Comfort food with upgrades. Would recommend! Only thing is for some reason they only have regular coffee but no expresso machine. Would be nice if they get one as well.
Amazing food and service!!!!!! If you went home hungry, you did something wrong. No wait time to sit or to get your food. Large portions which made you feel like you were at grandma's house. I will come back next year!!!!?
Very Good, but we liked the Tangiers Motel location much better. Menu is great, but the new place is not as cool as the Tangiers. Bigger and Colder in my opinion. Still good food.
Delicious breakfast with excellent service ! Loved the oldies theme of the restaurant with the cartoons playing on the tv! Very reasonably priced ! My husband loved the "Kramer"
We LOVE the food, ambiance and friendliness of the Doo Wop Drive-In! A trip to Wildwood is incomplete without some meals at Doo Wop. It’s such fun in his restaurant with all the memorabilia. Having breakfast and lunch there there is a ritual- the pancakes...come in interesting flavors, the burgers are just CLASSIC! A must visit!!More
Simply excellent service, outstanding food, fantastic atmosphere! A truly AMERICAN restaurant that exudes all that makes the USA special! Clean, well maintained, awesome vintage atmosphere and one of a kind staff make the Doo Wop the place to go anytime!!!
We have been going to this and Jason's previous Doo Wop for at least 10 years. The new spot is twice the size, deservedly busy and popular during the season here. He bought and remodeled a tired old restaurant into one of the best spots...in the Wildwoods.Great breakfasts with many options, fresh and good. Like most seasonal places, they get slammed at certain hours and staff thins out particularly after Labor Day when college and high school starts, but there are many familiar faces over the years. Pay it a visit!More
Decided to try this place as my son found it highly recommended, and we LOVE the Doo Wop Diner. DONT BE FOOLED...THEY ARE NOT RELATED!! Came here for breakfast with our family. Labor Day weekend. Arrived around noon. About 20-30 minute wait. Not bad. However...the...food, service and ambiance were just ok. Looked delicious on the menu and the plate, but really just ok. My sister in law sent her omelet back, basically untouched. Was never asked if there was a problem. My niece did the same with her churro. Also were charged extra for additional sauce, but were never told that...or we could have split one. Just beware. NOT at all what we were expecting. And, we now know that the two restaurants are NOT RELATED.More
