Last week on Thursday my husband and I had dinner. Problem 1: First I viewed their menu on their website. The website showed they had specials on each day of the week. Thursday was their burritos. When I asked the waitress about it, she told me they do not have specials. She then asked the manager and he told her... More

Allow me to apologize for your disappointing experience. We are under new management and it has been a struggle to eliminate all of the previous menus and advertisements from the internet despite our best efforts. I am sorry you did not enjoy the fajitas as they are usually a crowd favorite. In the future, please seek out a manager while... More

My husband and I love margaritas so this place is a no-brainer. And there are plenty of good choices to keep the kids happy. Great spot after a long beach day any night of the week.

Thank you so much for sharing this great review! I think everyone needs margaritas any time of the day! We make ours with top shelf tequila and no mixers ever! It's great when someone appreciates our effort! We strive to accommodate all of our guests... as long as they don't drink the water! More

So happy that Juan Pablo's has returned. Better than before. The staff was so friendly and attentive....answered a lot of questions and were so accommodating. Great dinner!

This place should be shut down for health violations. The A/C duct was leaking in the bar back also double for the entrance to the bathroom. Staff was unable to communicate properly with customers when ordering the simplest of orders. Food wasn't anything to write home about but edible. Manager on duty could have cared less when we complained he... More

You should have been nice. You tried to flip the table over TACOS. Honestly. Tell the whole story. Then you proceeded to go outside, using extremely foul language, and attempted to get a family with small children to leave without paying their check. The restaurant industry will be better off if you just eat at home. More

My boyfriend's family and I went to this place because we had a groupon and thought we would give it a try, but they were even below the 1 star rating. These are what happened: * no chips and salsa for complimentary like other Mexican restaurants * the waitress couldn't get our order straight due to lack of language/menu knowledge... More

... this dinner was a pretty big disappointment. Probably more "cons" than "pros". Tacos had a MOUND of cheese (very little meat, etc.); no chips/salsa brought out as in most Mexican restaurants, alcoholic frozen drinks contained very little (if any) alcohol, and the service was 'eh'. One of the things we got was flautas and they were fried so much... More

I am truly disappointed that you did not enjoy your experience. I will be sure to check with the kitchen regarding the construction of the tacos and the flautas (taquitos.) As far as the frozen drinks, I assure you that they contain quite a bit of alcohol. Our "call a cab" is made with a mixture of several liquors as... More

We were a party of six and everyone's dish was bad. The nachos were covered with plastic, tasteless cheese. They were huge, but long before they ran out we were tired of them. Then the main courses arrived, making us nostalgic for the nachos. It was immediately clear that no fresh ingredients had been used in making any dish. The... More

I am truly sorry you were so disappointed in your experience. We use the best of Mexican cheese blends available and we believe nachos need lots of cheese! They are a top seller and this is the first negative comment I have received from a guest. We strive to use all fresh ingredients. We locally source as many ingredients as... More

This was the first stop for our group for dinner for a bachelorette party. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious, I got the chicken burrito, large serving size probably could have split with another person. Margarita strawberry was ok, not the best ever but also not the worst, a little watery. The shots were a wonderful... More
