It was a big mistake to order the tuna fish sandwich ($8.79) to eat while driving because it was a mess. It tasted fine but it has alot of lettuce on it and tomato - the bread slices are ginormous and as such WAY TOO...MANY CARBS for me. The other choice was a roll which looked like even more bread. Got chips with it.More

I have eaten here several times and the salads are very good. You can either order a specific salad or choose from many ingredients and they will make you one. They also have many choices of dressings. You can also get bread, soup and choices...of drinks. You can eat there or do takeout.More

This is a great concept which it's proprietor's have almost mastered. No longer does one have to "prune" ingredients they do not want. Most bistros that serve salads give their customers the same thing record producers used to give purchasers of albums by their favorite...artists. Here YOU decide what is served Everything is high quality and fresh and can be ordered online before you get there or pick up an order. Wish other restaurants did that in offering entrees with vegetables and other extras .More

My company orders from here all the time and we are about 15 minutes up the highway from them. They forgot my order today and when they came back to bring it they said we were too far from them to come and deliver from...now on. In addition to forgetting my order they got it wrong. Don't offer delivery to turn around and say you don't want to deliver here anymore.More

Beinging able to make your own salad is a great option. Salad is fresh may toppings to choose from. Soup and the bread is always another great choice. Workers are never that friendly and always seem like you are bothering them

I've eaten here 3 times because it's close to work. The staff is nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean. The price is a little high for the salad size. Numerous choice of ingredients but you pay $1 for each ingredient after the 5th one....My only complaint was my last salad was "to go" and the cucumbers were not fresh at all. Makes me wonder about their policy for unused veggies from the previous day.More

Years ago there seemed to be Saladworks everywhere and they have dwindled down to only a few. Great FAST food and it's good for you. Create your own salad ($8.39) with your choice of greens (mixed, romaine/iceberg, spinach) and any five toppings (extras beyond 5...will run you $0.99 to $1.59). You are not limited to certain categories - take whatever five you want. Choice of dressings from a list of about 10 choices. Plus a multigrain roll. Also sandwiches, soups. They have their own salad combos for $7.99 to $8.99. Lots of choices, fresh.More

I had been to other Salad Works before, but this one was better. First, the service behind the counter was very nice -- each time I've been there. They are not just slinging out salad. Nice, polite, and making sure I got what I wanted....Second, this place was clean, again, each time I've been there. I think the salads are priced fairly well, offer a good value and you have an excellent selection. I can go to a diner and get a similarly priced salad and in my opinion it won't be anywhere near as good as this one. I've paid just as much, and more, for a salad at a restaurant, and the Salad Works salad not only stands up, but is better than most.More

Expensive. Very over priced for just salad. At least they have a lot of variety.

Saladworks provides healthier fast food options, and this highway location acts as a quick rest stop. Though you would never guess it from the name, the casual restaurant offers items beyond salad, such as soup, paninis, and other sandwiches. In terms of salad, the diner...is greeted with several pre-designed options, but they can also craft their own platter with up to 5 "free" ingredients. Any additional topping ranges from $0.75-$1.25. A whole wheat or white roll is served as a balancing accompaniment. On my last visit, I made my own salad of mixed field greens, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and granny smith apples. I did enjoy my meal, but something about fast food salad just grosses me out. The topping options are minimal, and the prices are slightly higher than they should be. There is nothing remarkable about this pit stop chain, but its healthy options make it more appealing than most.More
